« Nice but noisy »

Everything was very good, the room was cute and clean, with all necessary things and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was great. The only problem was the noise, first from outside as the window didn't close very well and also from other rooms, corridors.. even during night.

Hotel was good and clear, but but receptionist in night time he was very bad. Because before sleep I wanted drink my medicine. And went to reception for asking boiled water. He ask from me which is my room number? I answer. And he said I gave your friend hot water. What is question I gaved? So I cannot ask hot water? Have you limited with hot water? Even I had medicine on my hand. But finally he gaved but with angry face. What happened with you guys? Receptionist is face of hotel. With this kind of personal you will lose yours priority. I am studying Tourism management and Hospitality. I know very well how should be the receptionist. But this guy was horrible.

« Nicely surprised »

Arrived very late and didn’t have to wait, nice staff at the reception, very clean room perfectly heated (it was freezing outside), great shower pressure, good breakfast especially for the low price (4.5 euros is nothing is Paris where they charge you 2.20 euros ++ for an expresso coffee). Only tiny cons: not soundproof but nothing big is you have earplugs and no free towels in the Cabrio rooms (had to pay 3 euros for a microfiber one but you can keep it so not a big deal)

« Extremely unwelcoming staff at front desk and third grade service »

Please give little training to your staff. There were two staff members at the front desk of this hotel both catering to just one customer and chit-chatting with them while me and my wife kept standing to get checked into our room. After that I was given a room where someone else was already staying and had their luggage in - i was able to get in that room easily. This is a big security threat to your hotel and fellow customers. This wasted another 30mins of mine to go back from 6th floor and get another room from same confused and ill-mannered front desk people. I will do my best to make sure to educate fellow tourist over my social media handles and portals I write for - to avoid this property since you have very bad staff and almost zero policy towards customer security. The hotel is a bit far from the metro station (15 to 20mins walk) and is not well connected with public transport. The room was dirty, very small bathroom and poor breakfast. Window view of the cemetery was disturbing as well.

The room is basic as expected, breakfast basic as expected, service at check in and reception dreadful. We may have paid a lower price, but the check in process and failures at reception were unacceptable. Paid for early check in, never got it, instead got told it would be a 20 minute wait, 1 hour 20 minutes later we were still requesting our rooms whilst others checked in! 2nd last day we almost got thrown out early due to their mistake.

It was clean and tidy. However the worst part and what really decreases a lot the overall experience is the completely rude and unfrendly people at the desk. They are unable to help you out and they are even a bit sarcastic when you ask something.

The personnel very friendly. A small but perfectlly clean room. No towels or glasses though. Otherwise everything good. And the hotel is within Paris limits, close to the tramway and about 10 min walk to the nearest Metro station.

o.k. calm. clean, practical. Maybe I prefer something to dry myself after shower. I know the new policy, but travelling is sometimes in a minimal way for me, and a towel would be welcome.

« Fabulous experience through and through »

It was a wonderful experience. Friendly staff, great rooms, good bathrooms and lovely area for the hotel. The reason why it's a 9 rather than a 10 is the breakfast. It was okay but would have been nice to add a few additions like fruit or cured meats, something to make it more than croissants, bread and cereal. But those were high quality things and were lovely to eat. Next time I return to Paris, I will definitely be using this hotel!

« The worst place where I've been »

The man in reception was very rude, was not possible to rent another blanket, the calefaction in the room don’t work really well, the view of the room is a cementery, I had to fix the bed so it would stop moving and ring, the breakfast really basic, but faire enough, i pay 80€ the night for a place that is a hostel.

« some points that you should know »

Thin walls, this leads to hearing everything from the corridor and sometimes even when other customers are talking in their rooms. The sink is very very small, this leads to spilling of the water all over, including on the floor and stepping in it. It should say clearly that it does not have bath towels when reserving the room(s) Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel, very practical for a short stay
