« Good and friendly, but! »

I like the hotel. It was clean and nice. Perfect for a short time. BUT: - botteled water available only from a vending machine. 0,25dl cost EUR 1.80. it is annoying. - We almost did not get anyithing, however we paid for it. Breakfast was poor and they were out of stuff. Good thing: the staff at least tried to save the situatio. they were kind, friendly and helpful.

It was really nice to stay in this hotel. All the property was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Its near to the metro station and I loved the decoration. Totally recommend!

It went well. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. I’d like to particularly thank the maintenance man on duty on Monday August 11. We had a slight problem with our bathroom door and he came and fixed it promptly. He was friendly and polite.

Everything was perfect for budget travellers. The room was nice, the bathroom was ok. The staff at the reception was doing great job. Easy check-in/check-out. Definitely recommend.

In a difficult period, in the heart of some sports equipment, with the world cup going on and then July 14 I was amazed at how peaceful the whole week went. Outside was hectic but inside it was cool.

« Great except one thing (one female staff at the front desk) »

Overall it was very good. The only thing that was bad was from our experience with one of the front desk staff. It happened on July 4th around 8 pm with a female staff. I could not remember her name but she is a black lady from Uganda. Please check your employee work schedule to identify her. She was incredibly rude to my friend and me when we asked to make a reservation for a taxi. She definitely made your hotel’s overall experience to bad from excellent. Customer service is a face of the hospitality industry. She was very rude in responding with frustrated look in her face all over and carried through her voice with eye rolling. It was definitely made our experience with your hotel unpleasant. Other than that everything was clean and great. Thank you and I hope to see you opening more hotels like this. Thanks.

Price good . Good to have soap in the shower. Breakfast basic but enough. The only minus is the size of the double bed.

« Very basic amenities but very friendly staff »

On arrival the taxi driver was shouting at us in French for not knowing he couldn't take foreign credit cards. A hotel clerk named Muhammed came out and helped resolve the issue, assured us everything was okay and argued with the Taxi driver, helping us translate and get everything sorted out. We are so grateful for his help. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean with basic amenities, though being charged for bathtowels was frustrating. Also a fire alarm went off at 6:40 am because someone over-cooked their toast, so the entire tower of people crowded outside in their bathrobes.

« Take care when booking: Hard bed, no towels and expensive parking. »

We had a new looking tandem room, but mattress was VERY hard with one table and chair. Bedding, but no towels supplied, though microfibre towels for 3 Euros good value. Breakfast also good value, but car parking, advertised as free on website was at adjacent car park and VERY expensive. When booking the room I saw no mention of this and although F1 gave a discount, it still worked out at about 1 Euro per hour, adding a considerable amount to the total. If I had known about the parking charge and towels on booking, I would have considered other locations and brought our own towels.
