Courteous team. Fairly good breakfast. Fair prices. Not outstanding as far as the ambiance is concerned. Old fashion furniture in the rooms. The entrance is not too welcoming. But overnight stay was just fine.

Just about average. The food in the bar is disgusting and overpriced, as is the hotel itself. Room interior is shabby. Only the breakfast buffet is the saving grace.

Great place. Bright and airy rooms, with air con... Great in the recent days of over 30C. Excellent breakfast spread.... Loved the coffee. So close to the U. Quiet area... But worth trying the local brew house just over the road, with lots of micro brewed beer. Gets busy and loud! Fab Indonesian restaurant, Maboyan, close by. Comfy beds - and good to have a safe in the room. All-in-all, a really good place to be.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The location of the hotel, being close to the railway, was very convenient. It did get a little loud at night with the windows open, but that was a necessity due to the heat and lack of air conditioning. Having either a ceiling fan or another small fan in the room would’ve helped immensely. Otherwise, everything was very good.

« Well situated for visiting Berlin. »

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. But minimum comfort in the room, especially the mattress, and loud neighborhood (early morning work, late night crowd outside,...). Perfectly located to visit the city, with metro station right there, and walking distance from several major points. However, neighborhood itself isn't amazingly served as far as dinner places are concerned.

I thought the location of the hotel was great, close to a metro station and also quite easy to walk to Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie etc. It was some very hot days in Berlin and I will say that the room could benefit from some aircon or fan. Internet was also a little slow at times. Room was clean and functional, eating area nice and staff very friendly.

« Everything was as good as expected, so I am satisfied overall. »

The room was clean and confortable, and the services available correct and clearly presented. I found the price of the bottle of water in the minibar too expensive, as well as I found disappointing that there was nothing else offered in that minibar. The people at check-in was very attentive and eager to help on every occasion I asked them for something. Overall the quality of service was as I had expected, the attention given by the people above expected, and the whole experience satosying.

« Nice hotel, great breakfast, dreary surroundings, no airco »

The hotel was nice; the service was great; the breakfast was excellent. The area itself is rather desolate. The U-bahn raliway station is just a short distance. Despite that, the hotel is very quiet. As Berlin was suffering from a heatwave, the absence of airco made sleeping quite hard.
