« great service at the reception the ladies really helped me. »

Khadi-Dja and Khadija receive my highest compliments for fixing a problem which I created. First I forgot my business visa card and second a got the wrong date for my reservation. Both ladies remained calm and helpful while I tried to find some kind of solution. they were just the greatest and deserve a " well done"

« Shaky start, but pleasant experience overall. »

The booking process was very stressful. My credit card company denied the payment initially because this was my first international purchase. But the card company immediately asked me to confirm the transaction, which I did and then proceeded to complete the reservation. I received an email from my credit card company letting me know the charge went through. So you can imagine my surprise the next morning, when I received an email stating that my reservation failed. I called Accor and was told to contact the hotel directly. I called the hotel and they told me there was no reservation. 2 Phone calls and 3 Email exchanges later, my reservation was finally confirmed. This was very disconcerting because this was my first time in a country where I do not speak the language and I was nervous about arriving in Paris to discover that I didn't have a hotel room (especially since I was unable to locate my reservation on the Accor website). Luckily, the reservation was good and I was very happy with my stay. The room was clean and comfy, with more space than I expected. We had several issues, unrelated to the hotel, that the staff was happy to help with. On our second to last day there, we had a leak in the bathroom. The staff immediately offered a new room and even moved our luggage. We ordered food at the Novotel Cafe and it was delivered to our room at no additional cost. The hotel is located in a cute residential neighborhood, and there's a pharmacie and a grocery store a couple blocks away. Plus a cute little bakery nearby. There is a bus stop on Porte D'Asnieres, but the closest RER stations are 15 minutes away on foot. Overall I enjoyed my visit and would stay here again, but I would call the reservation line to book.

« Not clean and not nice staff »

The room was not clean. Under the bed were bags of crips and drink bottels. On the desk were all kind of strange name tags. So that was also not cleaned. In the bathroom was an old toothbrush. When I complained ontging was done. Very bad.

Honestly I was afraid to find the pictures different from reality because I booked with booking.com for the first time , but it was same pic and same description, lovely people to welcome you , always smiling and ready to help, clean hotel and quite, the breakfast was great fresh and delicious, I had only one problem that the cups was always not clean , but I’m sure will book in this hotel on my next visit to Paris a few months later .

Check in was easy, decent underground car park. Suite was nice, could have been a bit cleaner. Breakfast staff could have been more helpful and welcoming, otherwise a reasonable experience.

The crew where delightful, the price was very good. We had air-conditioning problem on one of the rooms for a couple of days and a toilette problem on the last day. One of the major disadvantages of this hotel is that it's a bit far from metro and RER which makes it uncomfortable with kids. Other than that, really, a great hotel, very clean, great breakfast.

I was visiting frequently. Overall I'm satisfied exept a few remarks. 1.You are charging me to much for a regular stay of 3 weeks. 2.Rooms service has the be better.Every time you order something the servants forget always something! 3. The staff was not polite. They would say no for everything you asked for in room like shower caps or soap. To clean the room it took 6 hours after we requested them.

we came as a family of 4. we were satisfied the room was good enough. The only thing I regret is that we book for a baby and we had a shower in our room so we were not able to wash him for the whole duration of our stay. The breakfast was perfect.

It was an average experience. Didn't feel like we were staying in good hotel. Room was good, clean with basic amenities. Staff was not friendly as expected as i was in france. But i believe as a good brand, staff need to be provided with basic hospitality things such as say please, thank you, sorry. Especially receptionist. You shouldn't be chewing gum and ju3give blunt answers on call when customer is asking for something. You are world class brand and lot of people over the globe comes to paris so please teach some english to staff.

Stay was very nice.. Infact the only problem we had was AC was not working properly as it was very hot in there.. we informed reception and it was fixed bt still it wasn't cooling.. Overall it was a nice stay
