Everything was good except the restaurent staff down , very horrible attitude and also room service horrible, if you want plates etc you have to go and get it yourself . And when we go to ask for plate, the staff has a rude attitude and inform to wait as he is busy with food orders.

Good hotel but improper room plan. Separate WC and bath/shower room. Wash basin in bath/shower room. Very inconvenient to use WC, then come out of WC room, then enter bathroom to wash your hands. If another member using shower room, then keep waiting outside to wash hands.

The hotel is ok and in a good location. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Arrived on the hottest day in Paris and the air conditioning worked just great! There's a bus and tram stop nearby, the mall is also just down the road.

The room had a separate toilet (WC) and separate shower room. Very inconvenient. The wash basin is in shower room. So the hotel expects guests to use the toilet, then come out of toilet room and then enter shower room to wash their hands. Basic common sense lacked in designing these rooms. Food and drinks are expensive in restaurant. Positive experience was to have a good breakfast.

We had booked the family suite however we were called the day we were leaving the US for France to be told the suite was going to be renovated that week and we would be given a smaller room and a refund of the additional costs. We understood and the caller was very nice and sincere. The room was smaller but just what we needed. Kids each had their own beds and there was enough space for us. The room meet our needs. We did do the breakfast buffet which was very good as well as had dinner one night in the resturant and it was very good. Staff was pleasant. Rooms and public areas were clean.

In General it was fine. Servce was good. I think that there was something going on on my floor (repairs as it was dirty when I checked in and some interesting odors were floating around. By later in hte week things were cleaned up and the smells were gone. In Summary, for business travel this is good hotel.

Need of Iphone Charger

Hello, my Iphone was empty and I have asked the ladies at the receiption if i could leave my mobil phone during the breakfast at the receiption for charging. They offered my a charger for 2€ fees. Honestly it is a joke to ask for a fee for charging, in all other hotels it is a usual service.

The hotel facilities are very good and clean. However, the air conditioning is appoling. We were during the heat wave that hit Paris, and the hotel lobby could be hotter than the street. The air conditioning does not work in the rooms either and the worst thing is that nobody seems to care. We requested a review and nothing happened. The nights were very bad due to the heat. The answer is that we should not open the curtains, because the sun could heat the room a lot.

When we arrived to check in at 16.15 (check in time is 14.00 hrs), our room wasn't ready and we had to wait for 2 hours to check in! Once we arrived at our room, the beds were badly made, crinkly and messy. The shower only poured out hot water, too hot to stand under and we couldn't change it. There weren't enough paper cups to make tea and we had to call to ask for more towels. We booked a suite for 4 people but the amenities were sufficient for 2.

I thought every single member of staff I spoke with was friendly, courteous, polite and in large part helpful. I felt and am suspicious that I was overcharged. I booked online via Accor Hotels direct BUT you offer a discounted rate to guests booking with Booking.com and Expedia - I don't think that is fair - I know you do - Isaw the paperwork!

It was lovely. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. It was a pleasure to have English speaking staff, as my French is very rusty. I had mistakingly made an extra reservation and it was cancelled at the desk, with no issues.

We were on our Europe family trip and we stayed here for our France Itinerary. As leisure trip, this hotel is not near a Metro station which is the main and preferred transport of tourists willing to take public transport. Another thing is the engagement with the cleaning persons in the morning. They always opened our door (using our keys) without knocking at the door when they will start to clean even iif we are still inside the room. We tried hanging the do not disturb sign but they always open our door.
