« Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, very clean »

Very accomodating. Fully equipped room. Bed was too hard for me (my preference) Reception staff, Dustin was exceptionally helpful. Food was delicious. Think the guttering needs looking at. When it rained it dripped all night long quite loud. Like Japanese water torture when trying to get off to sleep. It was like someone constantly tapping on the door, but slept fine the following evening when it wasn't raining heavy.

Great stay, room was nice although not exceptional, a bit could be done on cleanliness. Else, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and very engaging for kids with a lot of different equipment to self prepare pancakes and others. Very easy access by car but not so great for public transport.

It was our pleasure staying at your renowned hotel with ever smiling staff . they helped us a lot in our daily activities . Specially mentioning Shamira who was manning the front desk.( if I have spelled her name correctly. if not, apologies for the same). The breakfast team was awesome ( specially the male staff who greeted us everyday). Overall, thumbs up to you guys.

I stay frequently in the Paris 17 Novotel. As my office is nearby, it becomes like a second home.The staff is always most friendly and tries to make your stay as nice as they can.They listen to the customer and try to meet the small requests that just make that difference in your stay.Thank you all for the great service you offer every time !!Danny

« Room smelled of smoke »

The room wasn’t nice with a (faraway) view of the Eiffel Tower. However it smelt of smoke really badly, I called down to reception and they just said it was a non-smoking room. They didn’t come up to smell it or move rooms. It just felt really gross and smelly!The rest of hotel was nice, staff mostly friendly and breakfast was good.

I stay here regularly when I go to Paris. It's a comfortable modern hotel well situated.The only improvement I would suggest is the quality of the restaurant. The food is regular in comparison with French Cuisine standards. It's missing a touch of creativity and tastes, as all seems precooked without details.

We stayed in a family room which was reasonably appropriate although little room to move with all the beds in use! Annoyances came from a dog in a nearby room barking (hadn't realised the hotel was "pet friendly" - don't see this as a selling point!). There was also a problem with one of the lifts not stopping on our floor and water escaping from the shower onto the floor. Mostly good though, location is good, nearby facilities, transport and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not too far from the major attractions with direct connectivity by bus. The rooms are good. The F&B options are limited both in and around the hotel

It was fantastic it was my birthday, we were upgraded to an executive room and gifts and a banner were left for me in my room. The lovely receptionist was brilliant and even sang to me on my birthday. The room was tidy, the dinner was good and the staff were very helpful!

The service depends on the staff - some are very good other are actually very bad. Last time somebody had a cold and did not cover their mouth when coughing. Often there is nobody at the bar. Missing water in the fridge. Quite high price, but no points as booking via agency.

I am regularly at this hotel and enjoy to stay there. I am a regular customer at this hotel and have my small habits... I check out, while i check in. I have the same gentleman at the reception very often and i enjoy his politeness and friendliness. He calls me by my Name when i arrive, and know my habits. It is almost all prepared. You should thanks the Black tall guy at the reception after 20h00 who is doing a great job! Also, once i had a poor experience during breakfast and provided a direct feedback to the hotel. I never encountered any similar issue after this. I value this reactivity and friendliness.

Nothing bad nothing great. Is safe, clean and secure which is what you need. Staff were friendly however didn’t offer more than yes or no to questions so could offer a little more to help visitors. Cups in room are plastic and don’t go well with hot liquids. Room service menu could have few more light versions. Room was pleasant and had main amenities. Could not really differentiate this experience as an Accor member than non Accor member
