The hotel is not too far from the major attractions with direct connectivity by bus. The rooms are good. The F&B options are limited both in and around the hotel

It was fantastic it was my birthday, we were upgraded to an executive room and gifts and a banner were left for me in my room. The lovely receptionist was brilliant and even sang to me on my birthday. The room was tidy, the dinner was good and the staff were very helpful!

The service depends on the staff - some are very good other are actually very bad. Last time somebody had a cold and did not cover their mouth when coughing. Often there is nobody at the bar. Missing water in the fridge. Quite high price, but no points as booking via agency.

I am regularly at this hotel and enjoy to stay there. I am a regular customer at this hotel and have my small habits... I check out, while i check in. I have the same gentleman at the reception very often and i enjoy his politeness and friendliness. He calls me by my Name when i arrive, and know my habits. It is almost all prepared. You should thanks the Black tall guy at the reception after 20h00 who is doing a great job! Also, once i had a poor experience during breakfast and provided a direct feedback to the hotel. I never encountered any similar issue after this. I value this reactivity and friendliness.

Nothing bad nothing great. Is safe, clean and secure which is what you need. Staff were friendly however didn’t offer more than yes or no to questions so could offer a little more to help visitors. Cups in room are plastic and don’t go well with hot liquids. Room service menu could have few more light versions. Room was pleasant and had main amenities. Could not really differentiate this experience as an Accor member than non Accor member

We thought the staff and their level of service was excellent and more personalised. We loved the décor in the bar area. We think that although the rooms were very clean they are looking a little tired and outdated compared to other Novotels we have stayed in. The breakfast was okay but we felt a little rushed as tourists.

« Great stay and good value for the money »

The room is very nicely decorated, the bathroom as well, and overall the whole place feels posh and warm. Breakfast offers a full choice of meals, and even the ability to fry your own egg in a little pan. The dog fee is 13EU which is reasonable compared to the other hotels which charge more than double this amount.

The 3 night stay was a combination of 1 night Business and 2 nights private. Apart from the fact that the so called "executive Room" is outdated both in design, Quality of furniture, functionality of the bathroom, poor mattress Quality and that Service (to the room and Reception) was poor, the toilet malfunctioned and it took several calls to get someone to fix the Problem, the decoration hanging on the wall fell barely missing hitting my head (It just hangs on 2 small screws), it took several attempts to split the invoice (Business and leisure) etc... Probably the worst Service and facility I have stayed with Accor so far.

after experiencing a lot of "romantic" hotels in Paris (read with old small rooms) this was the first hotel I stayed in that offers a modern, normal sized room and bathroom. So when in Paris I don't take risks, this is my preferred hotel!

We would like to thank a receptionist who was on duty 10-11 nov at AM shift - Shamisa (Shamira?). She was very friendly and client-minded. Our daughter had a birthday at 11 nov. Rooms were fine - although to get a twin room my son had to sleep on a sofa bed. Other issues were it was very crowded at breakfast (and a wait for tables) and food ran out regularly. The hotel was a long way from public transport.

Points for improvement - a shower curtain in the bathroom. Whilst the wetroom style provided space the floor became wet which is a problem if you wish to re-enter the bathroom. The bar on the ground floor was not well staffed - had to ask at reception a number of times for service, which is an issue when entertaining clients

It’s was not very satisfied, no welcome, no way of talking to people but our actual second room we had booked was nice and clean food was good,finally when went for check out they ask us to pay for country tax which no one mentioned us when we check in that was not nice and we paid country tax for 2days.

« Pretty unhappy with this stay for a Novotel hotel. »

Too many things to mention as to why we were not happy here. The last of which, we just made our train by 2 minutes after booking a taxi the day before & they confirmed the night before. If it wasn’t for the generosity of a courier taking us to the station we would have missed the train for certain.
