« Okay hotel »

I was visiting frequently. Overall I'm satisfied exept a few remarks. 1.You are charging me to much for a regular stay of 3 weeks. 2.Rooms service has the be better.Every time you order something the servants forget always something! 3. Airco was not working well in the rooms 4. Internal telephone didn't work well. 5. Staff was very friendly and helpfull

My friends and I had a great and exceptionally amazing trip in Paris, thanks to Novotel. Everything went smoothly: from reservation to actual check in and of course our 4-night stay in the hotel. The facilities were perfect, breakfast was very enjoyable, and the service of the staff was totally efficient. Special thanks to Mr. Dustin who attended to our needs and concerns very nicely and professionally.

The staff was not polite. They would say no for everything you asked for in room like shower caps or soap. To clean the room it took 6 hours after we requested them.

« exactly what we were looking for »

we came as a family of 4. we were satisfied the room was good enough. The only thing I regret is that we book for a baby and we had a shower in our room so we were not able to wash him for the whole duration of our stay. The breakfast was perfect.

It was an average experience. Didn't feel like we were staying in good hotel. Room was good, clean with basic amenities. Staff was not friendly as expected as i was in france. But i believe as a good brand, staff need to be provided with basic hospitality things such as say please, thank you, sorry. Especially receptionist. You shouldn't be chewing gum and ju3give blunt answers on call when customer is asking for something. You are world class brand and lot of people over the globe comes to paris so please teach some english to staff.

Stay was very nice.. Infact the only problem we had was AC was not working properly as it was very hot in there.. we informed reception and it was fixed bt still it wasn't cooling.. Overall it was a nice stay

« Price quality is really not OK - some staff are friendly »

Breakfast very nice - especially freshly pressed orange juice. A bit VERY unusual that a breakfast room closes at 9.30 - not everyone needs to go to an office in the morning. To be changed urgently Rooms: OK, however, amenities are very limited. Internet access ok. Cleaning ok. Reception: at check-in had to wait quite a bit as the only receptionist was helping a guest about things to visit. Friendliness: okay - but not in my top 10 Novotels. Staff restaurant: when coming to Paris, one expects people not to show the friendliness seen in at other Novotels around the world. I have been visiting many Novotels in Paris - mostly, staff is friendly or very friendly - in this one of the staff members was really rude. Not acceptable at all. Will for sure not come back to this hotel - sufficient alternatives in Paris.

The breakfast ends at 9:30 as we have to set the restaurant for lunch service. On weekends the restaurant is closed at noon so the breakfast ends at 11am. Then we offer the express breakfast at the bar or room service room until 12pm. We will work to better communicate on these offers and meet the needs of our customers.
