The stay was not the issue at all. I wrote multiple times to you through your different contents, but no one bothered to reply to my mails. I simply was wanting to change properties due the the extremely worrying reviews about safety in the Novotel suits I had booked. I should have been at least contacted. I will never recommend your website to anyone and will make sure my business and my contracts never stay at your properties.

« My family felt unsafe due to the location. »

The hotel itself is fine, the rooms are big, clean and the staff working there are helpful. However the manager did not return any of our requests to speak to her about our concerns. The location felt very unsafe for our family with 4 children. The moment you step outside you are hit with the stench of sewerage and rubbish in the street. There are a huge number of migrants just living in the street, under the bridge and all around the outside of the hotel. They constantly approach cars when the lights turn red and pedestrians outside the hotel. The first night we were there they all began to fight each other. Traffic stopped to try to break up their violent fighting. Police then came. This was all witnessed by my children who were in tears and extremely traumatised. The next day I spoke to the hotel and Accor customer service about changing hotels. Accor advised that i couldn’t given I had already paid. (The hotel had made me pay upfront when i arrived). This is despite having booked on a flexible rate. I spoke to staff at the hotel who advised I needed to speak with the Manager. She was not there so I gave all my details for her to contact me. She never did and was never available when we asked.

Good room but different from booking.com presentation. Key cards need constantly re programmed. Staff too busy or struggling. Constantly walking away when serving you to attend to another customerthen forgetting you often not allowing you to pay. Evident if you are liked or not as a customer. Hotel handy for metro. Breakfast can be oversubscribed resulting in shortages and somewhere to sit. For cost this was unacceptable.

« To bad work in progress was never mention before »

Place is clean and nice the location is what it is and I choose it. But work in progress in the hotel was never mention upon my reservation. While after check in Drill went on so impossible to work from my room until work and the the end stop. Also regarding the food snacking choice "since the location as no nearby food acces" the seliction is very poor quality like truck station sandwich and salad. While been in Paris you may have acces to better food snacking then just junck. anything else was good

People are lovely. Lobby is hot and smelly. The air conditioning does not work which neans the rooms are clean but hot and uncomfortable. There is a disposable culture. The environs are unsavory but appear safe.

Although the hotel is still in renovation and lift, aisle, etc were covered in plastic sheets the room itself was nice and spacious. However, mini bar in the room had only 1 bottle of water and nothing else to drink. Breakfast in the morning was decent, although I found the arrangement to be a bit uncoordinated but still we did manage to get a decent breakfast and cannot complain much about it. Overall, a nice place but could be much better.

I was located on the 4th floor and they were doing some work on that floor as soon as we came out the lift you could see the way the left it. This was the worse I never seen the receptionist meant to tell us that there was an ongoing work on that floor but he did not and to find that floor like that I would not recommend anyone to this hotel the way I found it. Luckily it was not my first stay there as I know how good this place is but that bad experience put me in doubt to come there again. I didn’t like it at all.

The room was lovely, clean and spacious. No complaints there. However the fitness facilities were sub par, and the male reception staff were quite rude and unhelpful. Also the work being done to all the rooms and corridors was a bit of a surprise.

The room was Nice and big. The staff was very friendly. The play area for the children is well thought and keeps them engaged. The only issue I found was the lack of a restaurant. Since the hotel is situated at a location where it does not feel safe to walk around, a restaurant or a kiosk with better choice will be a great addition.

« A very very bad n dissatisfying experience »

Sorry to say but it was aweful. Location was not good as it was surrounded by illegal immigrants who bothered us by asking money. HOTEL FRONT DESK STAFF , ONE OF THE THREEWHO ATTENDED AT DIFFERENT TIMES, MENTIONED THEY DONT KNOW ENGLISH AND WERE NOT WILLING CONVERSE. NO MILK FOR TEA AS IT WAS OVER.NO BUTTER AT BFAST AS IT WAS FINISHED. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED FROM NOVOTEL UNLESS they want to hamper their BrandName big time.

we visited Paris for a the Rugby. The hotel & breakfast were of a good qualify, staff helpful. The area /refugees outside the hotel made it feel a little uncomfortable returning at night. However, was very competitively priced .

At night it was very stuffy which made sleeping uncomfortable. The internet cable was broken although the WiFi was working. Access to the hotel by anything other than taxi is problematic

Perfect family room, quiet, neat. Friendly staff. However, light did not work in the toilet and the nespresso machine also did not work. We also had to pay extra for the parking (18 euro per day). A bit far from the Eifel tower, poor neighbourhood.

« Very dissapointing Experience »

I booked this hotel, with 5 of my customers as we were going to watch the rugby. You ran out of beers and other alcoholic drinks by 3pm, the staff were not very welcome. And in the moring you ran out of breakfast. This is not what I usually experience, and I was very embarrassed . Also no welcome as a silver card holder, with no free drink (you didn't have any to offer anyway)
