As previously stated the room was adequate for my needs but could have had refreshment facility in. Only negative was the noise from the street outside and from a neighbouring bar next door but one. Staff as always very courteous and pleasant, polite. Would stay here in the future and recommend but with a different room away from the front of the building.

Unfortunately being near the station and bars there, as always given that scenario, unpleasant men hanging around all day into the evening. Once inside, it's a lift to the first floor. My room was clean, warm and clean. Needs attention in toilet as loo roll holder broken off and not replaced. Staff were polite and helpful. TV remote did not work and was not sorted. Town centre, directly opposite railway & tram stations. The area is crowded a large part of the day and night with very intimidating 'looking' men hanging about. First day continental breakfast was okay but second day only cereal, bread for toasting and limited croissant/pastries offered. No milk so had to use milk from coffee machine. No cold cheese/meats as on first day - neither day worth the extra paid.
