Very convenient location and professional staff. Good speed for check in and check out. This time at breakfast, the bread was really bad ( stone alike). First time, in other occasions it was ok.

« Usual hub in Barcelona »

I was as ususal happy to stay, but was surprised that I need a special document filled to get my parking on my company bill. Furthermore, I lost a very precious gold pendant into the sink, but in spite of promissing upon my request to get a plummer to check, they did not bother to do it.

Regarding the gold earring, inform him that we have gone to his room to recover it in the sink drain and for security we have lowered it to reception to not leave it loose in the room but we have not returned it to his exit. We have it stored in our safe deposit box and we wait for your answer to know if you want us to keep it for your next stay in our hotel or if you prefer that we send it to you by mail. About his comment of the parking, we do not understand it very well since according to the verified has not been charged the parking. 1 night before traveling it is well located close to El Prat airport in Barcelona. Good service. Warm and cosy room. Restaurant downstairs for fast food with good atmosphere. Kind staff. Private parking. Very good price for quality.

I was there meanwhile an international exhibition was hold in Barcelona and therefore the hotel was fully booked. Nevertheless, no problem at all. Good staying, usual IBIS standards (bathroom very small; internet connection was interrupted few times), but everything was acceptable.

Room was functional and good value for price. Reception team very relax, receptionist at arrival because we arrive very early shown impertinence and disinterest. She looked at the clock hanging at the wall behind her rolling her eyes. I got it its a 3 starts hotel but a minimum training in costumer service should be provided. Otherwise alight for one night stay.

« Rooms are very small and paying high price which di not stick to the offer provided when the reservation was done. »

In the USA we can stay in a hotel that provides bigger rooms with two queen. Here there is no need to pay for a second room and there is breakfast that is provided. In addition the parking over there was an issue because we have to park in the community area that was not for the hotel. Looking around close to your place there was another hotel (Holidays Inn) which the room were bigger and there was parking. The setting in Holidays Inn were much better and they offer breakfast. Unfortunately there was no space. In IBIS it is easy to hear people walking in the halls or across the rooms.

Respect to the price confirmed and what you paid, it is true that you paid € 2 more for each room. We have done on your credit card the refund of these 4 € paid more for the 2 rooms. Also apart from the public parking in front of the hotel, we have a private underground parking of payment where we always have availability. About the size of our rooms and beds, you need to know that in Spain is the product of our chain. Our hotels have 2 types of rooms (room with only one queen size bed and room with one queen size bed + extra bed) and some hotels also have rooms with 2 single beds but that is not the case for our hotel. We recommend that the next time you make a reservation at one of our hotels go check our website www.accorhotels.com the information of the hotel reserved both on the product and the services offered. « Booked for the price, but it was excellent »

The room was stylish, and very well laid out. The breakfast offered very good value and was really high quality. I only booked the ibis because it was the best value for the night at a location convenient for the airport. But I will definitely consider returning.
