During the last of our 3 nights there was a general failure of the air conditioning. The crew communicated in the evening about a compensation and took our room number. When we left in the early morning, so did the night crew. However I did not have any news since.

Third time staying here and always met by friendly and professional staff. Rooms are of a good size and a plus is that the extra beds are singles and not a small sofa bed. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Breakfast room in summer overcrowded and selection very limited. Rooms are not in great condition. Parking very convenient, but expensive. Location is good. The price of the room was much higher than the value.

The stay was fine - even though the checkin process took quite long (our room wasn't ready and we had to wait even though we had a full schedule that day). The rooms are a bit "older" from style and furniture but spacious enough. Bathroom and toilet built-in plasticy compartments. Clean though and reception was quick to respond when we had a problem with the safe. Breakfast ok - were a bit rushed on the last day as they close the buffet punctually. Centrally located in St. Georg and only 15 mins walk from Hbf.

I found the room « used »... the window shadows broken (at 5am full sun light inside). Convenient to connect to underground but far from evening restaurants.

« Was good but on arrival surprised to see what appeared the whole cover under construction »

When arriving it seemed as if there was scaffolding everywhere but no mention of this during reservation or online registration. Seeing I travelled with family I was disappointed to see this. Turned out we did have a room with free view so it was no problem but an advance warning would have been useful. Parking was expensive, would have appreciated info about the price and alternatives that are considerably cheaper and close by (which I heard only afterwards). Otherwise service was very pleasant and all was very good.
