We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was a good size for three people. There was no aircon but then again we didn't pay too much for the room. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of fresh items and kept well stocked. Right next to U-bahn which made getting around very easy.

We arrived late in the evening for our stay and were greeted by a very friendly and helpful desk clerk. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was quite nice, the staff was professional and pleasant. My only complaint would be that the towels were not very soft. Overall, our stay was good and we would probably return if we are in the area :).

I liked everything, except the GYM, because of which I booked the hotel in the first place. It so small and nothing much to do there. Also there is not ventilation in the bathroom and after shower it doesn't dry quickly.

The stay at Suite Novotel was classic and simple but not the aftermath. On departure, my daughter left her sport watch in the bedroom. En route to the next étape, we called the hotel that quickly found it. They asked us to send a confirmation email of our home address for sending the watch back to our family. 1. The email address was not given to us. We found it on Accor Novotel website H3… I sent the first email the same day on July 21. 2. After 4 days without feedback, I called back. The watch didn't left the front desk but the hostess couldn't find trace of our email. She provided a new email address H3… I resend my message asking explicitly for reply. Now we are 10 days later without an answer and as we are on holidays, I cant know if the watch has been taken care. I am a long time customer of Novotel / Accor and I can't remember a case like that.

The breakfast was good as well as the room and the beds. The bad part was the staff in the reception. They seemed like being in a mixture of a funeral and a contest of anger. Not a single smile. Not a single question how we had had it. Only angry faces al the time. Perhaps a course in service is needed?

We were happy to stay here during a very hot week in July. Nice rooms, very clean and good airco. We slept very well. Only one thing, the furniture and wardrobes can use a refurbishment (lot of damages and cracks)

Room size is wide with comfortable bed, and extra single bed, wide working table, as well supporting table. TV options are OK. Superb location in the city. Metro station right below hotel and many food & super market options with in 1 KM of hotel. Room has kettle, fridge and micro-saves, offer best possible options for guests. Toilet room is extremely small, while bath room is wide enough, may be due to design. Complimentary coffee & team in room along with creamer, is very good facility.I got it for a good price deal.

Rude receptionists

When we arrived on the evening af the 18. of July, tired from a long journey from Denmark, we were received by a very sullen receptionist. No smiles, no greetings etc. - very busy with the computer. When we later that evening asked if it was possible to change rooms because of illsuited bed arrangements, it was made very clear how inconvenient it was, and that it was our fault, the room didn't fit our needs. We made a polite request, so either help us or reject the request. When the black-out curtain was broken in the new room - once again a sullen attitude when we reported it. The Next day the rest of the staff were so nice - quite a contrast. We are very surpised about the attitude of the two receptionists on the evenings of the 18. and 19. of July, as we have stayed at different Novotel hotels all over the World and only received very good service. The bad reception made us feel very unwelcome.
