I had room 1502 and the door was not really closing properly. I stayed for 3 nights and i must say that the room cleaning service is not really existing. The bed was done and this is it. I had dirty cups on my desk and they were still there on the last day when i checked out. disappointing

Great experience. Comfortable and big room. Very well located. 10 minutes from the Metro Station. We had a problem with the towels under the bin, they were always wet. We called at the reception and got new clean ones immediately.

We enjoyed our stay in your hotel, this was the 3rd time we stayed but the first time we had breakfast included. Unfortunately, we had every time trouble to find a free table and saw that it would be better if there were more tables for such a large number of guests. With regards to the breakfast, selection and quality was good, although the warm selection could be better, only sausage and meatball was offered. No scrambled eggs, fried tomatoes, baked beans or potatoes. Room was comfortable, but cool even with heating set to full.

The primary challenge is the limited amount of seating at the breakfast buffet. At Novotel London there is also pressure on the seats, but here the staff sits the guests. It remedies a more effective seating and avoids that e.g. 3 guests occupies a table intended for 6. Everything else was fine.

The hotel was in a handy location, a little way out of the centre of town but close to a Ubahn stop. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and all facilities were provided. Being able to do some washing in the hotel laundry was a bonus too.

Two night stay as part of leisure itinerary. The rooms were in need of some renovation and it did not feel appropriate to the Novotel brand. Laminate was peeling off fixtures, toilet was small, range of refreshments was equivalent to an ordinary Ibis, the use of space in the room was utilitarian. The breakfast area was small and we felt rushed. The staff were friendly and professional. Cleanliness was good. Location was good.

We had a great stay in a a room with small kitchen and room enough for two adults, a child and a baby. We loved the tub in the bathroom and it was great that there was a table and chairs in the room allowing us to bring dinner to the room Only problem was that the room was too hot because the weather was very warm for October and we couldn’t turn the heat off

The room was Perfect for our family. Good Space and ok extra beds for Our tall 12 years girls. Tue Breakfast was kaotic. Too Many people and not enough tables in the lobby for breakfast.

Really nice hotel, nice rooms - good breakfast, but the breakfast layout means long waits, maybe remove the lounge seating and replace with communal benches to accommodate more people at the same time

The breakfast which was paid for including a price for children wasn't the best. We had to stand on the line waiting for a table to be empty before we could eat. Makes everyone rush.

The hotel location is very good and is 10 meters far from the bus and subway. The building is quite new and there are plenty of spacious rooms waiting for you. The utility and infrastructures are modern. If you forget something, you can supply them 24 hours a day in the lobby. The room accommodations are new and useful. you can enjoy a warm bath in the bathtub and take your time to relax, have a good sleep at a soft bed.

Okey, but with a few downsides

The room was okey, but the toilet was a bit smelly and the microwave seemed a bit dirty. The fitness room was a joke, a bike that looked like it is about to fall apart, an old rusty stair machine and a weight machine that was broken. The construction site next to the Hotel is very noisy from 6am and the housekeeping woke me up at 8am, because I didn't have a sign out of my room and didn't exoect them to come this early. But the staff and service was excellent! they were always very friendly and tried their best to serve me well
