Experience was good like on previous occasions. My only advice is to improve courtesy at the bar/restaurant downstairs, and in general. As an international traveller, I'd appreciate a few more welcoming smiles and friendly demeanor on the part of the folks at the front desk. I saw that coming mostly from the foreign employees, not so much from the local ones. I happen to be a local who's lived out of the country for over 25 years, and it literally hurts my feelings to see that my own fellow men and women still do not smile more and realize they are to provide good customer service, a concept that includes much more than the service that's being provided, one where perception and demeanor make the absolute difference. Kudos to Irina and the shuttle driver (foreign as well).

Great value for money, will definitely stay again! Very efficient check in and very helpful with info about surroundings including a metro/city map. Room was neat, clean and big enough for our luggage. Close to supermarket, metro stop and eateries.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, staff were friendly and check in was quick. Bar area was tidy and pleasant. Room was clean and air con was good. No bin in the room and towels were quite old. Bed was comfortable.

Not fancy, but very clean and practical. There was a large grocery store next door that sold very reasonable groceries and prepared salads. Great restaurants on the main square. Metro just a few blocks away. Airport shuttle.

I had a late arrival into Madrid (23.59) so wanted somewhere close to stay. As the free shuttle transfer doesn't operate at that hour I booked an Uber which worked well and only cost Euro 11. All the staff were friendly and helpful but the room and facilities were a bit sparse. This was to be expected and it was still reasonable value. Breakfast was good and I caught the free shuttle back to the airport to pick up a rent a car.

This is great. I had a great experience. I found it hard to find the shuttle bus. When I called the front desk, the people were nice but did not seem comfortable speaking to me at length. Had similar experience when speaking to them in person.

Normally , we have guest's cell phones and we could contact dog's owners to solve the situation. Pets are accepted in all Accor hotels . Dog's owners must be responsible of their pets . I have a dog and when I travel , my dogs never stays alone in the room , even when we have breakfast . We take turns to avoid disturb other guests. The Ibis hotels in Spain really understand guest service and Ibis Aeropuerto is a great hotel to stay. I arrived from Seville via train (Renfe) to terminal 4 and was picked up by the shuttle bus to the hotel. (I did wait for an hour for the shuttle bus) Check in was quick, the rooms are really clean and I was given a quiet room away from the elevator. I did assume there would be a kettle ( I travel with my own tea) but unfortunately this is not the case. It is a shame as in my conversation with most travellers., we love to have a cup of tea first thing without having to be dressed and go down stairs. Anyway the staff were very helpful and I really enjoyed the breakfasts. The only thing lacking was tourist information - there was no stand with maps nor any offered at the reception desk. Ok if you are leaving Madrid but as an incoming tourist I had no idea where the Metro was to go into central Madrid. Please note if you are leaving on an early flight, there is no shuttle before 6.00am. My friends and I actually walked to terminal 2 (at 4.30am) the streets are lit - if you know the way, it was a quick 10 minute walk.

I was pleasantly surprised this this hotel. I was expecting a very simplistic hotel with just "a bed to stay in for the night". The hotel was spacious, the room was big and comfortable and the staff was great.

The hotel is modern and nice, the room was spacious and comfy. The receptionist that was there when I arrived in the evening was helpful and very nice. I cannot say the same about the one that was there in the morning. The queue system for the airport transfers could be better organised just by having a list. For me, the breakfast isn't worth what it costs, and it is only 7.95€, but the quality of the food is low (the Spanish omelette was awful), coffee is really bad. I would not pay again for it. The rest was great, specoally the very comfortable bed and pillows.
