I enjoyed staying in this Novotel hotel. Spacious quiet rooms, good sauna on the 5th floor. Good breakfast. Very nice location, a metro station nearby. Some things can be improved: - more flexible rules for room deposit at check-in. The hotel does not allow to deposit cash. For me as an Elite member there was no issue but for others rules could be improved; - you could add a free minibar feature to high class rooms (like they do in Mercure Hamburg city)

Hotel nicely renovated and suitable available space both in the rooms and in common areas. Personnel in general well trained and customer oriented. Point to improve: at breakfast the focus is so high in cleaning up the tables, that if a guest is alone, and only gets up for a cup of coffee, the table is automatically cleaned and taken over by other guests. Sometimes a touch of politeness and understand the dynamics of the room is more important that a table cleaned in 2 seconds (incident occurred on the 27th August at 8:00am ).

ok, stay, very noisy breakfast due to staff was having a cleaning corner in the midd off the breakfast area - sorry to tell you but this was not adding value to us as a guest. Please try to solve that. another downside was that I could not earn points for my stay because I booked via booking - other chains have no issue with that - I don't see the point in being a member further on. I don't like your site for booking neither - it is not user friendly
