When I finally opened the room assigned to me after the check-in I found out it was messy. So I had to ask for another one. The new one had a stuck window which wouldn´t open. This was resolved at day 2.

I had some issues with leaking in the bathroom. Multiples attempts were made to correct the issue and eventually I had to move to another room. Staff at the hotel is extremely courteous and accommodating. Registration and check out were all very easy.

Standard room, Location is perfect. Every places are near, less than 5 min walk to Inga Park, mall, supermarket and City Hall. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was clean as well I entered to the room.
