I had another pleasant stay at your hotel. It was my fourth visit. The reason why I chose this hotel is its proximity to COEX Mall and the City Air Terminal, and the short walking distance to the nearest subway station.

« A reasonably-priced place to stay on a business trip. »

Good accommodations and breakfast buffet, although menu doesn't change much. Most improvement desired: Better internet connection reliability. System was unreliable, even when using a cable for direct connection rather than WiFi. Secondly: Shut down of all power when leaving the room (due to taking the key-card out of the slot) caused loss of AC power to laptop charger. Sometimes disconnected from VPN. It's annoying to have to restart. Please keep a few outlets at the desk on all the time.

First time in Korea, the staff helped out to navigate around the area. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of cafés and restaurants all around it. The room was tidy and clean, the TOTO toilette is a great bonus. I’d go back.

This hotel was my first Accor residence during my business trip in Seoul. The hotel has delivered good quality services for Le Club AccorHotels elite platinum member. Firstly, thank you the Management for well prepared room and complimentary snacks and drinks that made me feel so comfortable as valued guest. I also admired for the high quality food that was tasty and appetizing breakfast times. This hotel was in my list for choosing accommodation next trip to South Korea.

« Cheated me in payment »

I had booked 4 days room online before coming to Korea. However my booking was cancelled, all money refunded into my account and I was asked to pay again by my credit card ( i was told its as per hotel policy). I was assured that my booking charges will be applied. While check in I was told that my room has been upgraded from my category room due to non availability of room and it's free of cost upgradation. However at checkout I was made to pay as per superior category room and that too on day to day variables. The charges were significantly higher than the charges I had paid whole booking . when I told the reception I had previously booked the hotel on lower prices, I was denied. I had to make payment as I was otherwise getting late for my airport. This cheating was something I have never faced anywhere else in the world.

If you check your confirmation, you would find that the amount of reservation from Oct. 03 ~ Oct. 07 and Oct. 07 ~ Oct. 08 were 726,000 KRW(627,000KRW + 99,000KRW). Also, your reservation was not cancelled nor prepaid. We did not cheat any amount about your reservation. Please check your credit card statement.
