Front desk customer service was excellent. Service at the restaurant was excellent as well. Rooms need some renovations. Room and bathroom to small.There were long hairs on our bathroom floor every day. We didn't know the location of the hotel, but it is too far away from the city center.

Tired and broken - not worth the money.

Very old, tired and run-down hotel. Lots of damage to almost everything, the walls in the corridor, the bedroom door, carpets. The bedroom is extremely basic, with very poor lighting, is in a poor state of upkeep and very much dated. Bed had only 2 flat, lumpy pillows (one for each guest) - at reception they told me they do not have any more pillows in the entire hotel; it took a second trip to reception and being very demanding before they managed to provide us with 2 more pillows. Bath, bath tap, shower fitting and drain/plug were all old and damaged in one way or another. Old, peeling silicone. Despite all this, I must say the room and bathroom were clean.

The hotel was old, disgusting, cutins in room were disgusting, no tea/coffee in room, food old no variety, no catering for special dietry needs, worst hotel I have ever stayed in

On the whole our experience was good, with a couple of shortcomings. At first we were given a room where someone had obviously been smoking, which was very uncomfortable for my wife. Fortunately another room was found for us which was free of smoke. Secondly the kind of keys used are difficult to manage. It is a matter of luck whether the door opens or not. Finally, on our departure we were prmised a final bill via e-mail as there was no paper, but no bill has arrived on my e-mail.

The hotel is well-located to the airport and the prices are fair. In that way, it served its purpose. Beyond that, it was not a good experience. I saw the restaurant and bar staff yelling at customers. Our room had an odor of mold or mildew that bothered me so much we had to sleep with the window open, which was quite noisy. The shower had obvious mold around the caulking. The best thing about our stay was that it was over very fast. The front desk staff were very helpful in reserving a taxi for us for our extremely early morning flight. However, for being so close to the airport the fare was ridiculously expensive ($25€)! Either there was a premium for the early hour, or we got cheated.

Hotel is dated but satisfactory for an overnight stay. My only serious problem was on the morning. Housekeeping came into my room not once but twice with the space of 20 mins before check out time. No apology. Simply walk in realize someone is inside walk out. I brought this up at my check out and all I got was ok, I’ll let them know. Again no apology. Costumer service is clearly not a priority.

I arrived at the hotel on one of the hottest days in July and the a/c was not working. I fully understand that this happens - especially in the warmed months, but the desk attendents were rude and snapped at me when I wanted to check-in. Then, when I requested a fan for my room since it was over 31 degrees in my room, they actually laughed at me. I know that issues related to the hotel itself can be unavoidable, but in my experience there is no excuse for poor customer service. Further, when I took a taxi to the airport, it cost me over 20 Euro - I would have been better off staying in the city centre. I have stayed at Ibis properties before, and I have stayed throughout Italy, but this was by far the worst experience I have had and I will not be returning.
