location was convenient, but room was very noisy and the blinds would not close so a lot of street lights as well as the noise was not ideal.

The Ibis was what you'd expect, its cheap but clean, the rooms were big enough and tyhe bed was comfortable. I'm not sure they're definition of Continental breakfasty and mine match - the breakfast was disappointinmg, other than that a good place to stay

I Have Always Staying @Ibis Casula as it Closer To All Areas I Need To Be . But my Last two Visits Have Not Been Able To Enjoy My staying. As Mentioned To Receptionists. On my last visit . There was not Remote Control for Tv or Heating . I’ve Mentioned as I was going Out for the Day . I Got Told someone was taking to the Room . But when I Returned Late In The Evening There was nothing on the Room . Also I’m Diabetic as I Travel from Canberra . O Had Frozen Pack For my Insulin. The small fridge in the Room was over Frozen with ice coming out . Door Damage as Someone Must it Try to close The Fridge Door & Damage The Door . I Took Photos & show it To Receptionist. Floor on Shower Dirty From Previous Guest. I Guess Mo Much Could Be Done as I was leaving the next Day . Hope Next Time could be a Better Experience. Thank you
