« Friendly staff and room clean but very very basic. »

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was very basic, I realize it is budget, but 1 very thin pillow each made it very hard to get comfortable or sleep. No chair in room for sitting (one small plastic stool was available), but a chair would be better. Also the shower was not enclosed, which is ok, but the shower curtain did not reach to the floor so as soon as the shower was on water sprayed all over the floor and with no bath mat, it was quite dangerous being in there. But there were positives, due to a storm the night before there was no hot water the next morning, staff had trades come to fix and were offering customers free breakfast as a way of apology while waiting, nice jesture. Also I door handle to the room was broken and a staff member came to look very quickly and fixed it straight away. Staff were great.

I had first booked online one night, then decided to extend. I was able to get the 2nd night for the same price. Check in was pleasant, the room was ready and as good as always. The only disappointment was at breakfast when I noticed you no longer had the pancake maker. I don't like the replacement (a toasty maker). Please bring back the pancakes! -:)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom required longer shower curtain. When showering water splashed over toilet and floor. No bath mat was supplied or toilet brush. Toilet door from the inside could not be opened so showered with the door ajar. Window shade was faulty and kept rolling up. Had to be wedged to stop rolling. Enjoyed the free snacks at front counter. Lots of parking and close to bus stop, food outlets and shops. Overall comfortable and affordable stay.

It is so important to remember that this is an Ibis BUDGET hotel, not an IBIS hotel so there is definitely a number differences should the 2 brands be mixed up. « Basic and met expectation »

Booked this hotel due to its proximity to the M5 tollway. Had an early morning flight and wanted to get to airport by rental car ASAP. It’s a basic room, not fancy. clean and the bed was comfortable. The Air Con worked but it was very noisy. Had to turn it off so I could sleep. Staff were friendly when checking in and was offered free bottled water and fruit. It was what I expected for the price. Overall satisfied.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, even giving me the laundry key over night!! We had quite a few hic ups booking the 12 rooms, as I had to change the booking and we had crossed wires several/many times.
