Quiet and cozy with friendly staff as always . Only issue is someone could monitor the disabled parking spaces as needed to use one but was unable due to tradesmen vehicle parked illegally.

« OK. »

OK, Just an overnight stay. Room is clean, bed is firm. Use of plastic cups is a step back from my previous visit. Plastic cup softened when I made a cup of hot coffee and looked like it would not hold up. Had to use a second cup to hold it up and to prevent it scalding my hand. Nothing like a good normal mug for coffee and disposable plastic cups are not good for the environment. I doubt hotel staff are sorting out the trash to recycle the plastic cups. Also, A/C remote was not working. There was also dripping noise in room 201. Looked at the shower and taps in the room and it was not coming from within this room.

We thoroughly appreciated this hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating. What ever we needed they provided. Even helped my bringi the iron and ironing board into my cooler more spacious room. It was great to have a newspaper available. Thank you, Alison, Tassie, Jess and Jason, you are a great team. We will happily return.

« A budget hotel with a first class service »

I am staying with Ibis Budget Casula Liverpool for 8 years now at least twice a year. During my last stay I ended up with a very soft mattress, that meant hell for my bad back. I mentioned it during breakfast the next day and when I came back to my room in the late afternoon the soft mattress had been replaced with a very firm one and I got a very good night's sleep. Thank you to the staff member who took the action. It was very much appreciated.

I am staying with IBIS budget two to three times a year for the past 8 years. During my August (?) 2018 stay I had a bed with a very firm mattress which was excellent for my back. During my last stay I got a bed with a very soft mattress which caused terrible back and neck pain. When I mentioned the fact at breakfast the next morning I was promised some change. When I got back to the hotel in the early evening I noticed that my mattress had been changed. As a result I had a perfect night sleep. You might call yourself a "budget" hotel, but that is first class service. Thank you very much for that. I hope I can get a firm mattress next time from the very beginning.

Restful.... Just need to fix the bathroom lock to actually click in, as the warning about the alarm going off if steam escaped puts the onus on the guest, whereas a faulty lock... (Room 215). I would definitely book in the future ~ thankyou!

The staff are really friendly, welcoming and pleasant. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable enough. The shower needed to be cleaned more thoroughly as the tiles were dirty and there were black hairs on the floor from previous people... yuck! and the bottom of the shower curtain was stained yellow and should really be replaced. The building isnt water tight and when a storm came through water was flowing in over the top of my air conditioning unit, across the electrical control panel and onto the desk below. When notifying staff they quickly moved me to another room, although i did notice the carpet was wet under the closed window suggesting another leak somewhere. Aside from that would certainly stay there again if i needed to and there was plenty of parking. Maybe just some fresh milk and cutlery would really help improve the standard. Happy with the price too. Thanks! :)
