Room warm and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Only real gripe was lack of a second chair (one chair and a stool provided). When we needed to go out before the start of breakfast, a breakfast pack was provided - most convenient.

First room I was allocated there were no blinds over the window as they had been ripped out previously. Second room allocated was OK but had to ask for toilet paper. The excuse given why it wasn't replenished was that they were short and waiting on a delivery. Very noisy old style aircon...enough noise to wake the dead.

well the first time i stayed was 2months ago the toilets was leaking had to move rooms then the next time stayed 2weeks later same room toilet still leaked moved room again then next stay this weekend tv did not work moved rooms then next room shower was not hot very luke warm no go to have shower in the morning not gain after flu for 2 weeks we stayed 3 days asked stafe they said we look at it nothing done for a 3 night stay not happy will stay again if probs fix told freinds to go some were else as thigs are run down and the breaky was great first stay next say the pop/cake machine made crap cakes its like some one made the cake mix no self raisin /flower i used them machines for years this one is fiddled with ok you work it out the probs staff are great but

It was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well prepared. The appliances etc were in good order and worked well. There were vending machines in the foyer. There are a number of convenient take-away's, servo's and supermarkets close by.

Was quite comfortable, BUT the bathroom plumbing pipes were gone in the basin which made washing hands and brushing teeth impossible. I don’t know how this could happen .

We stayed for 5 nights and although the room was very small we were satisfied with the standard and King bed supplied. We have stayed at Casula before and would stay again as it is in a good location for our visit to Sydney being close to the M5 motorway. The special breakfast package offered this time was a great bonus and much appreciated. The only negative was that some dirty guest, or should I say pig, had spat on the handrail leading down the stairwell and unfortunately my wife who needs to hold onto the rail for support placed her hand in it as she did not see it. Absolutely disgusting to say the least! I advised the lady on the desk of what had happened and she took a rag up and wiped it away. A very unpleasant experience for us. The only other negative during our stay was a group of about 8 people talking and laughing loudly and drinking in the car park one night directly below our room. Management should have told them to cease their activities as it was disturbing to other guests who are trying to go to sleep. Hopefully we do not experience this sort of behaviour next time. However despite these two unpleasant occurrences experienced on this occasion and subject to your prices remaining reasonable we will definitely stay at Casula again and hopefully the breakfast special will again be available to us. But this time we will stay in one of your limited mobility rooms on the ground floor as my wife found it difficult to negotiate the stairs although I was very happy with our room.Thank you, Wayne
