Arrived after long flight from UK, early check in was great, could shower and freshen up before meeting friends in Liverpool. For a budget hotel it is great, very friendly staff, rooms basic but more spacious than others in this price range. Easy access as close to main road but with windows closed there is no traffic noise, aircon kept me cool even though it was hot out.

We only stayed overnight but the staff where friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If we were to need a place for longer we would definitely come back here.

The room was basic but clean & comfortable. It was hard not to make a mess in the bathroom as the water couldn't be contained in the shower. The bathroom needs a shelf to put clothes.

We had a few issues with rooms and had to be moved a few times , if it wasn’t for the very helpful young lady on the desk that night my review would of been very different , she was brilliant and did all she could to sort it all out , which she did , so 10 out of 10 for the staff at this motel ,, room was ok , bed was good ,

I didn’t get to meet the lovely manager that I was dealing with, but she was so trusting & ensuring that I was let in after hours & given a room of comfort right near the entrance (& food). The room was great. Nice & clean.
