It was a clean and tidy place, great service, they were very friendly and helpful. Only could have been provided with real coffee mugs and teaspoon instead of paper cups for hot drinks and plastic take away cups for water...?

Aircon it wasn’t working and the check in so late almost 12:00 pm I was so tired I have to sleep to in car until the office open 12:00 and after all that ricepaition she didn’t explain to me have pay 150$ deposit pounds plus the room and she doesn’t accept card payment I havwanna to walk 20 min to ATM to get the cash it was really bad experience I don’t think I will book again in that hotel

« Great value for money, and would stay here again, but check in staff were hard to deal with. »

It was great value for money, and the room quite clean with a comfortable bed! Unfortunately the check in staff seemed more interested in their phones and each other, rather than checking us in. The $150 (cash only) bond was a bit unusual because we haven't had to do that at any other Ibis Budget or hotel before, luckily we had spare cash to pay it. But overall a good stay and would stay again if we had something on in that area.

Well presented, clean room. However, one of the pillows was inadequate and the shower head leaked. Additionally, although we expected basic facilities we did expect to receive a bathroom/ floor mat to avoid the potential for slipping on wet tiles.

The best things about the load air conditioner was that this drowned out the noise from the road/freeway. Being a light sleeper, this wasnt good.

Overnight stay. This hotel was perfect - clean, quiet, with a comfortable king size bed. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast for $1 - coffee, cereal, juice, yogurt, fruit and toast. The only suggestion is that I would prefer a comfortable chair in the room rathe than the plastic stool.

Receptionist was friendly but it went downhill from there. I was offered $1 breakfast when I booked online. Arrived at hotel and was told that I hadn’t been charged for it so it wasn’t possible to get it at that P.. Think there might be something wrong with the app. Tiles looked dirty in stairwells and the place just needed a coat of paint. Also, had trouble getting into our room as the door handle was broken. The bathroom door handle was also broken and would not close properly. Assume the walls aren’t think either, because we could hear the tv in the room next door clearly at 1130pm. Found it hard to get to sleep. This is the 4th ibis budget I have stayed at in Sydney in the past 6 months and definitely the worst.

In terms of the breakfast, I have double checked the booking we received and it came through to us without breakfast included which is why the rate was room rate only of $99, if the booking did have breakfast the rate would have been $100. « My first experience at this Hotel. »

When we arrived at Ibis Casula it was just an easy check-in for two nights, staff were all smiling, a happy place and very accommodating .We were booked in Room 212 thru AccorHotel website and the first thing I noticed, the main door handle in our room is somewhat loose and it is always down and you have to put it up then swipe your card before you can open the door but we were managed to open the door, next thing is the bathroom door should I say very squeaky door I didn't experience that one before maybe little is tolerable but this is too much as it is somewhat no one's doing preventive maintenance.Next morning I approached reception and told them about the door handle and the very squeaky door.The very squeaky door was fixed when we came back that night but the door still the same but was fixed the second day.Another one that I observed on this room is the window airconditioning is somewhat playing up I didn't bother to tell the reception and told myself that i will just check again the second night and it is really playing up when we set the temp to 20^C at first you will noticed it is cooling but after a while you will noticed that the temp is just 25^C, we woke up early on the first night as it is warm and when we checked the room temp display is just 25^C.But what I liked here is the $1 breakfast thru AccorHotel website and the free newspaper from the hotel every morning.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable, all the staff were amazing and very personable and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This made a very stressful time in our lives(going into hospital) into a easy and manageable event. The motel was exceptionally clean and tidy and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
