This was our second time staying at Ibis Budget Casula and we again found the two rooms we booked to be very clean and comfortable. The beds are great in terms of comfort. We used this accommodation when travelling. It was an overnight stop over so this simple, safe, comfortable and clean hotel was perfect for us.

Overall, I felt that the room is a bit too squishy. There is only one chair in a room for two. The bedside tables were just a tiny. But the room has been done a very good clean. Good job!

Have stayed there before and were given a $1- breakfast previously so we booked again and were told we couldn't have the $1- breakfast! It was very hot and no air conditioning in hallways and had to go back to reception to get remote for air conditioner in room but the remote did not belong to our air conditioner. My husband had to reach up to air conditioner on wall to turn on. There are no elevators so we had to climb stairs in hot hallways to get to room.

In regards to the $1 breakfast option, this is a promotion that was run earlier in the year as an accor-wide summer campaign, and one we offered to some of our guests direct during that time without having to book it online. Im sure you can appreciate it is a promotion we would not be able to run ongoing due to costings, but if we could, we sure would! Im sorry about the air conditioning remote, the air conditioner in room 226 had just been installed 2 days previous to your arrival so our team were still getting use to the couple of rooms that were upgraded to these new aircons, I apologize that this caused issues for you. In terms of air conditioning in the hallways and stairwells, again, something we would love to do, but we feel upgrading the air conditioners in guest rooms is more of a necessity at this stage. « I needed to stay close to the catholic club to take my daughter to ice hockey. »

It was exactly what we needed,somewhere to change and sleep before and after the game/s. My daughter asked if we could have a top floor room and this was granted. Staff were all friendly, conveniently located within 7 minutes of where we needed to be.

Good - even though the first two remotes did not get the Air con going, the girl at reception came and tried a third one but it was the aircon at fault and she moved us to another room and checked the aircon before she left.
