We are really happy with our choice to stay in your hotel in our family holidays. It was clean, quiet and kids friendly. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a metro station nearby and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We also found many things to do in a walking distance, like playgrounds for kids and nice local restaurants/cafes.

I stayed in Novotel City Donau already few times but this time it was so far my worst experience. Not functioning sink in the room was reported 3 times to front desk and only after 3 full days someone came to repair it. Safe in the room ran short on batteries. Staff helped to open but batteries were never replaced so I could not use the safe. The rest was just fine.

room was clean and the bed was nice. The fridge did not work, we told the front desk about this. The air conditioning was not on so the room was very hot.
