For the price I was very satisfied. Would have liked to have extra towels in the room (one bath, one small towel per person) and extra pillows although it was very easy to go to reception and collect extra ones which we did. Breakfast was super. Staff very pleasant. No complaints at all. Super location as well.

« Clean and efficient »

Ibis Heilbronn City has clean rooms and has a very efficient front desk and restaurant. The aircondition in the rooms works well but is a bit disturbing because it keeps switching on- and off all the time. The rooms are sufficiently insulated agains street noise. The breakfast area has sufficient choice and space. Personel is friendly. Most of all, this hotel is very centrally located, close to the city centre and public transport.

« Great hotel, great location »

Stayed overnight in transit on a trip. Smart and modern with secure car parking in the city center. Comfortable bed with very good en-suite bathroom. Even though the outside temperature was 30C+, the room was cool and comfortable. Plenty of very good restaurants nearby. Very good breakfast and excellent service by all staff.

« perfect location for our purpose »

since we were in town for the Triathlon the hotel was the perfect home base to get to all the points of the event... everything was in short walking distance... the hotel itself was clean, the stuff was friendly and helpful... the rooms are basic but provide everything necessary - except maybe a second towel for everyone ;-)

« Where are the power sockets.Had difficalty charging my devises. »

Two nights the hot water did not work.The solution was they would look after us at the bar.I said we had already put on the tab a beer and a sandwich and a couple of cups of tea,so i said just credit my account with the tab.He said he would have to get managers ok.When i checked out the charges were still on my account.So no shower for two days and no compensation.What happend to the If you have a problem we will fix within 15 minutes. NOT HAPPY.

Generally OK but as someone who is a life long non smoker I had an awful night as I was given a smoker room. Everything stank of smoke. I slept badly and had a headache the next morning as a result

Friendly hotel, friendly and helpful staff, excellent break on our trip. We picked it partly for the location close to the train station, expecting it would be easier to find but signage for the bahnhof is sadly non existent.

« very good experience....but in a worts price »

central position in Heilbronn, very good services, all the staff helped me in any case..but the basic problem was that I made an arrangement with the amount of 65 euo per day, I cam in the hitel the same day and I stay one day more but the cost of the night was 90 per day..it was a really discustic situation..no one exxplain me why... of course I paid the amount and I didn't say anything, but htis was so...unreal situation for you!! what a pitty

I am very pleased to hear that the stay itself was a pleasant. I hope I can clarify the situation. You booked a single room from 19th to 22nd December and extended your stay by one night. You booked at the rate of 109,- euros excluding breakfast for the first two nights and 65,- for the third night. The rate for the additional night was 59,- euros per single room. However, from 21st to 23rd December there were two persons in this room and we had to charge 10,- euros extra per day. Also, you took the breakfast at our hotel which is 11,- euros per day and person. I am very sorry if my colleagues did not explain this matter to you properly. If you like, I will send you the invoice for your stay as well as a copy of your booking confirmation which will explain the price difference. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further questions and, for future stays at our hotel or other Ibis hotels, we kindly ask you turn to us directly in case of any questions. In most cases the situation can be solved in short time and our reception is around at any time to assist you with any questions. the bathroom was not clean; the paper toilet were under the bath table; the towels were extremely old and with some small wholes, the same was with pillowcase. When you are paying 200 euro per night, you are expecting at least to find a good soap and some other small things of better quality.

The hotels was good, but a little bit too expensive for this category of Hotel. The bathroom is small and it was too hot in my room but airco was too noisy. Futhermore, I never seen a so small TV, even in some cheap hotel at 20 Euros in Thailand.

I was taken aback that Ibis had nearly doubled their room price during the Weinfest. Shall check next time what their normal room price is before booking. The bed was too hard.

Everything was great, staff, breakfast, being able to just leave my car there for 3 days and not worry about it. With the hotel being within 2 minutes of all the triathlon starts, finish, expo made for a very easy stay.
