The staff render good and satisfactory service. The accommodation need to provide facilities for one to relax in the room, like relaxing chair, refrigerator and beverages.

See above in title. The only the that affected my rating was that the lifts were out of service for some time. I did not mind climbing two flights of stairs, but i could imagine that clients on upper floors could be tested, particularly in the carrying of heavy baggage.

I was tle by the reservation service that all room could receive the loyalty discounted rate if they join the loyalty program. The receiptionist was very insitant that she could only give 2 rooms this discount. We were not happy!!

The experience was good,But you don't have free breakfast and airport shuttle any more. after I book the room I get all kind of E-MALL about saving 35% and getting free breakfast ??????

Quite satisfactory. In all except the lifts. One was down for the five days and the second broke down on tuesday 4th June. Guests were forced to use the stairs. It was difficult getting to the my room on the 4th floor. There was no apologies from mgt to guests.

The stay was expensive, the rooms were very basic, no upgrade available to me as Platinum member. TV channels did not work, the hotel did not keep their “15 minutes make it right promise”. On check-out day 2 of 2 elevators were out of service forcing elderly people to walk up to 4 stories. What an embarrassment for that hotel.

Für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten bitten wir Sie vielmals um Entschuldigung. Wir sind uns der Tatsache bewusst, dass der Ausfall beider Fahrstühle für viele Gäste nicht gerade unerhebliche Schwierigkeiten verursacht hat und erlauben uns darauf hinzuweisen, dass dies eine absolute Ausnahmesituation war. Dass wir unser 15- Minuten- Versprechen nicht aufrecht halten konnten, bedauern wir und bitten um Entschuldigung dafür, dass wir das Problem mit den Fernsehsendern nicht beheben konnten. Wir werden Ihnen eine Nacht erstatten, die Gutschrift auf die zur Zahlung verwendete Kreditkarte erfolgt noch heute. Der vergleichweise hohe Preis widerum ergab sich durch eine Großveranstaltung, welche Anfang Juni in Hamburg stattgefunden hat. Die Hotels der Marke Ibis setzen alles daran, um Ihnen bei jedem Ihrer Aufenthalte eine optimale Servicequalität anzubieten. Ihre Meinung ist für uns daher von größtem Interesse. Darüber hinaus dürfen wir Ihnen versichern, dass die notwendigen Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, um die Qualität der benannten Serviceleistungen nachhaltig zu verbessern. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, clean place, food and drink (also free apples and sweets) quite room. Just some strange crackling noises in the early morning (or was it late at night?) I thought 12 Euro each for breakfast is a bit much, what if you don't want to eat that much? By the way, it is closer than you think, so walking there/back is not really a problem, although if you have more luggage, a shuttle may be better?

The hotel is within the airport perimeter, and offers good value accomodation consiistent with the Ibis brand. Comfortable rooms with good en-suite facilities, as well as a comprehensive breakfast buffet. There is no shuttle service - we found the walk was straightforwrd, but took about 20 minutes.
