« The hotel is fine »

Overall, the hotel is fine. The good thing about Ibis is you know what you get. However, they do have some annoying flaws. Like towels, for instance, they are just awful. Actually, it is painful. No pools, sauna or gym also. The blanket and the shower are great, though. The layout is enjoyable and the location is great as well. In the end, it is a good deal.

« Everyone here is great except Fanny May ,disrespectful ,rude,insulting bad demeanor »

To whom it may concern I been AccorHotels for many many years and really enjoy this brand but last night I had a very bad experience with a female employee here I believe her name Fanny May , she had a very rude behavior towards my wife and I her approach was very rude and uncalled for , a turnoff to be here she ruined our night with her bad intention , really disappointed in her approach We felt discriminated and singled out with her bad intention, horrible experience, I have a upcoming reservation in Rio de Janeiro and if I didn’t already pay for it I would definitely would not use this name brand again I been a loyal customer for a long time people know me here by my name , Then I get insulted by AccorHotels using the excuse of she was making sure she is not a minor , since when does a 29 year old lady look like a minor and she was Registered with me from day one , she could have checked who is registered her insult of me is discrimination of me . How rude it’s to use this excuse

I've stayed here 4 times before. My only disappointment was that the McDonald's was gone. But that's not your fault. Staff was very helpful when needed.

I'll point out the problems: employees arguing among themselves in front of guests, poor breakfast, bed is too soft, the hotel shouldn't charge to park guests' cars.

Unfortunately, some requests weren't attempted like flat pillows, the hotel team asked me 3 times my credit card. But the breakfast, parking team, receptionists, room cleaners were very very kind.

« Very good service, a part from the paid parking service (vallet) »

Great service overall. Breakfast had big variety of food and beverages. However, we were surprised and didn't appreciate the paid car parking service (vallet). We've been to others Ibis and Accor hotels and it was the first time we had to pay for the service. It was never mentioned not to be included on the value of the stay.

« shabby food, noisy guests »

We had to switch rooms because there was a party going on in our floor and the hotel staff seemed unable to stop it. The idiots throwing the party should have been expelled. Instead we had to collect our belongings, pack, and switch floors - after a 3-hour drive. At check-out the clerk said that the group throwing the party does that on a regular basis (!). How come the hotel keeps accepting those idiots? Also, being used to Ibis Paulista, which has an awesome breakfast and dinner buffet, I found Ibis Goiânia's restaurant extremely disappoint. The menu is bare, the food is not fresh, sometimes it's hard to even find staff so we can order food. The one positive thing I have to say is that the staff is friendly.
