The breakfast was lovely and the hotel staff were very accommodating with giving us early check in and late check out. The location of the hotel was disappointment and the room was small and dated. The bathroom needs an upgrade. However overall good value for money

I enjoyed my stay, and the staff was extremely helpful and generous. Although everything was going to be extremely great, I faced three problems in the room. 1- Due to safety (I guess) the window was never opened totally (this has to be an option for the user to lock or unlock the safety mechanism) 2- The window had some small defect that stopped it from being fully closed (I found the defect in the morning and when fixed it , it was good again) 3- The light beside the bed on the left side, doesn't switch off from the button on it, that I had to go remove the card to cut off the whole power over the room , which was not so good in order to adjust the heater or AC, but it was ok I enjoyed the platinum treatment, and I liked the experience overall, but if it was going to be more than one night, I guess I would have changed the room.

The hotel is a short distance from the airport and a short walk to the nearest metro station so although it is a long way from the centre of Barcelona it is easy to get to. Unfortunately Barcelona experienced massive rainfall and the roof leaked above my room causing me to have to move rooms. The safe did not work in the new room and despite twice reporting it, it was not fixed after 2-days. Also someone was using an electrical drill in one of the rooms at 0900 on a Saturday morning!

« Very good.. Right from the time of check in till check out »

Overall very pleasant experience. The person who helped check us in was very good and helpful. She helped me update my Accor Frequent Number which I couldn't get offhand. Check out day was also equally good. Since I had checked out and made payment the previous night itself so that there is no confusion when I want to go out early morning, the lady at the desk offered some sandwiches and snacks for an early morning breakfast which was well appreciated. So overall a very pleasant and nice experience at your hotel

We really felt the heat in the room, at the beginning of November it started to get quite cold in Barcelona. So the cold air conditioner became warm air. We chose your hotel because it was conveniently located between our office and Fira Barcelona. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was the room was too hot -- apparently you have shut down the possibility for air conditioning so only the heating would come on. It was 16 - 20 degrees during the day so I didn't really want heating. I ended up opening up the window to get fresh air all night, but then there was the road noise. So, I didn't really get a proper nights' sleep during my stay. Also I would have loved to have breakfast, but felt it was just a bit too expensive. I think had it been 10 or 12 Euros I would have gone for it. :-) But otherwise, staff friendly, nice hotel.

Staff were friendly. A family friendly hotel. Rooms were clean. Food was good but could do with a bit more variety on the dinner menu. Breakfast was amazing. Even though not close to city would definitely stay at this location again. Bus & train within walking distance.

I enjoyed the check-in process and the fun of a Haloween themed night. Your bar-man was friendly & helpful, providing me with a modified platter as a light meal - excellent! We ended up staying in the bar area as it was nice, and easier for tired travellers than going into the centre of town. As we had an early flight, a wake-up call & a taxi were booked, which was successful the next morning. The juice & croissant counter were great as a quick snack before leaving in the taxi.

« Not easy to relax in the bedroom, with hard humming and french television channels not available. »

When electricity is on, we have a hard humming in the room entry, trigger a bad headache. French television channels were blocked with a big black rectangle, informing that payment was missing. Stained carpet. People welcome at reception and restaurant was really nice.
