Having stayed at your hotel twice now; The first time, my son Ben booked through AMOMA on my behalf; hotel ref: 14…-(he used my birth name as Susan M.) on 28/12/18. The second time, I booked through your website ref:-HBQLFBPZ (under my name as Sue M., my short name-I prefer to use it) ; also I am an ACCOR membership too. I was so impressed the first time I went in Dec' 18. by this warm, friendly smile at the receptionist also the very impressive looking, clean hotel. To add this, I am profoundly deaf myself and both times the receptionist spoke to me very clearly also was patience with me so thank you for that! I was given a lovely room the first time with a view of the docks, room 635, I think? but I must admit I was disappointed about the 2nd time I went on 26/01/19 and got given a room of 242 which didn't quite have the view. However I was very happy about the comfort and luxury of the room. The breakfast included were wonderful and I enjoyed admiring the view of the docklands. I will definitely be back again, in fact-I am trying to book for Fri 5th - Sun 7th April 2019, this time for two nights for 2 people still but somehow it seems to be unavailable on your website. (I cannot use the phone to contact the hotel) The purpose of both trip was to visit my son in London, he now lives there having moved in the New Year. (I will be visiting regularly to your hotel, if its available on your website)

Staff were great. Hotel room was a little shabby. The shower squirted all over the place and there was only one bath towel provided. Lack of toiletries too!

We chose to stay at the hotel because we were going to an event at the O2. The hotel was clean bright and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helped us with any questions. There were not quite enough staff for complete ease and if we did not ask we were not told information that would have been helpful and made our stay easier and better.

« Lovely staff, lovely room and beside the ExCel. »

The staff were lovely, we got an upgrade on arrival which we were not expecting but were delighted about as were at a show in the ExCel all day so we were tired. The hotel is an amazing location for the ExCel Centre, right in front of it.

Excellent service overall. The hotel rooms are very nice and spacious. The staff are always smiling and happy to help with anything. The conference room facilities are perfect for what we need and the conference staff go above and beyond. The food is always excellent.
