The hotel is nice and conveniently located. We arrived a few minutes after 11:00 am and check in is at noon . There were about 4 persons in total wanting to check in but you could see that the front desk staff had zero flexibility to allow an earlier check in. As such the gentleman at the front desk told everyone check in could only be done at noon.

I was in Brasilia for a meeting and my experience was very good. The two most remarkable aspects were the L-occitane amenities and the kindness of the staff in the frontdesk.

I was charged USD15 per day to upgrade my room to a deluxe, as the person at the check-in desk said. Room 0802 is certainly not a deluxe. Very old, with a wall full of cracks in the bathroom.

The only bad thing is the room 1501

The experience was, as always, very good. The only concern is about the room 1501, that is a small room and too much noisy, by being bellow the gym. People running or leaving barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell on the floor are really noisy on the room 1501. Thank you so much.

Everything was okay in my room, except one inconvenience, and that was when it came to ironing my clothes. How much to pay per piece was not ascertained, and I ended up spending beyond my budget. The rest of everything was superb, especially reception. I'll never forget Yuri and his team. Thanks

Good attendence, good room, good bed, good gym, good location, good restaurant and great breakfast. The elevator does not got good experience. Many times did not work the elevator with the card. Also I got disturbed by mosquitos (pernilongos) during my sleep.

It was the second time I stayed in Grand Mercure. The first time was very good but the previous on last week I stayed in a room without hairdryer, there was so much noise due some reform, the meals took almost 2 hours to get ready and delivery in my room. I hope the next time it won’t happen again.
