« Room are old and bad. There are good room that are new but don't get them »

The old hotel rooms you cannot rent anymore. You need to improve them. I will look for another hotel next time if I don;t get a new room. Come a lot in Brasilia but next week will stay in another hotel to check their rooms

The second week I was there it sounded like a jack-hammer on the 4th floor. I could not work or do anything in my room. Then at checkout my bill was incorrect and the people at the desk could not correct it. It was a credit card and they could not credit the card back the amount for the extra day since I checked out early. They then asked about the bank they could send the money to, which makes no sense at all.

I've spent just night in Grand Mercure so I can say that the check in and check out were ok - people was very kind and trained. The room was clean, but now I remember that the closet door was broken.

Very comfortable and large room. Nicely placed working desk. Very nice shower and good bathroom. I stayed in the 11th floor so I had a nice view of the western end of the City. Breajfast is great with an enourmous number of choices. Its location is also very good with restaurants options in the vicinity as well as a shopping Mall a few meters away.

Great accommodations. The bed is excellent. Pleasant environment. Staff polite and helpful. The weather was short, but the hotel seems to be prepared for large events. I will return for sure. Excepcional location.

« Hotel within expectations »

Some points can be corrected: - Air conditioning with the regulating flap, and it played all the wind in me, without the slightest control (so much that on check out, I saw a customer complaining about this problem and asking for a room change). - There are two telephones inside the room, but the telephone that rings from the concierge and other hotel services is on the desk. What could be done is to migrate to the phone that is on the nightstand or leave only a phone, I found a bit confused. - Wi-fi signal weak and impossible to connect to the company's computer, and it harmed my remote work. I even asked TI to try to fix it, but I did not receive a return, if they had made up, because the next day, the problem remained.

« Rooms need to be redone »

Rooms are very old, carpet looks dirty, toilet seat stained. There was a second TV in the room that was unusable because there was only 1 outlet and there was no outlet to connect the cable box. There was also a coffee machine in the room that was unusable because the plug was not compatible with the outlet. The room was very noisy, windows need to be replaced with sound proofing windows.

Old dirty carpet and furniture in room, no tea or coffee making facilities. Dirty public areas e.g. Corridor and Funiture in breakfast area. Very friendly staff compensated the misrepresented infrastructure.
