The Internet is set up incorrectly. I'm an Internet Engineer. Your access points are at the opposite ends of the hallway, and since they radiate signal in a circle, that puts > 50% of their effective signal outside of the hotel wall, in space. They are stacked vertically, so rooms at the ends of the hotel will have multiple APs in range while rooms at the middle might connect to APs on different floors with much weaker signals. The rooms have an Ethernet connection (cable or jack) that gives a signal (link) but no IP address. I explained all of this to the front desk staff and even drew pictures to explain it. They just kept saying "but there's WiFi in the hotel." I asked for a tech to come to my room. The tech didn't understand that the cable didn't work. He believed that if there is a light (link), then there is a connection. My room (908) was in the middle of the hotel and thus had consistently terrible WiFi signal (it was at the outer limit of both APs on my floor and all APs on the floors above and below). To compensate for this I used my own router to select the AP with the strongest signal and relay a signal from my room to that AP using a directional antenna. I should not have to do this, and it is outside of the scope of what other guests would be capable of doing. It appears that the hotel has checked the "WiFi" box while providing a substandard experience for Internet access. The fact that the room jacks/cables are connected to a switch but do not provide an address shows that the infrastructure exists for a better experience, but your IT staff are too lazy (or too incompetent) to configure it. The inability of the front desk staff to recognize that an IT conference requires a strong Internet shows a lack of training in recognizing and resolving significant issues. Upon checking out, my Internet access was immediately terminated, which prevented me from ordering an Uber to take me to the airport. I had to return to the desk and ask for a temporary login. It would have been far better to provide a 1 hour window before terminating the access. This made me feel like as soon as I checked out, I was no longer welcome.

staff very attentive, but my room was way beyond acceptable for the value I paid. in all honesty, I would expect a refund of at least 50%. the room was old, smelly, had a dirty aspect, the AC didnt work properly.

Last time my experience was terrible. Front desk employees was very rude and unfriendly during my checkin. I had problem with the TV room, that was fixed after I complain. Unfortunately, it a very bad experience for me, specially with the front desk employees and I hope never stay there again!

The hotel has an excelent location and employees are very kind. The only big problem was an irritant truck noise that happen every night after 11pm. It took more or less 20 minutes to take all dumpster from that place. My room was number 110 and it was impossible to sleep and not even watch TV. Something must to be done!!!!

The room needs a revamp. At the check-in desk the attendant told me I had not paid for breakfast. Only when I asked what the total was he realized I had. Breakfast was very good. I missed more fruit options, though. I loved the pre-check-in although I still had to queue when I arrived at the hotel. There should be a separate queue for guests who checked in online.

Overall good experience. I stayed at the renovated rooms on the top floor. Spacious rooms, good amenities. I found the mattress to be too hard but I understand it is a matter of taste. My negative rating goes to cleanliness. The floor was not clean enough when we first entered the room and had to request housekeeping to redo them. Location is very good, right across a mall with excellent restaurants.
