This Hotel is locating near to Shoppings and good restaurants (Mangai and Coco Bambu). The rooms has need a renovation, but the room is big with balcony. With awesome breakfast, great staff. Hotel have a pool in Rooftop with gym academy together

« More than expected »

I arrived upset because I had problem with my reservation, but the service attendance was pacient. I had explained what happen during the week and she gave me a solution not equal, but that really leave very satisfied. This type of attitude that surprises us, is what reinforces my choice and loyalty to this group. Congratulations to your team! Concerning to this hotel, it is beatifull, the team is nice and efficient , the coffee is amazing ! Excelent location!

« A good option in Brasilia »

Well located if you need to attend meetings in the central area of Brasilia (Ministries for example). The surroundings are not that marvelous, but it is rather common in this capital where many things seem to be eternally half finished. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The accomodations are ok. Good bedding. Two negative points: the washbowl had practically no hot water (tepid at most), and the A/C was not 100% reliable.Dinner ok in their restaurant and the breakfast is excellent, featuring a great variety of stuff to eat or drink.Finally, the hotel is very reasonably priced.

I´m a very old guest of this hotel!! Enjoy all time I stay there!! The location is perfect, close to restaurants and easy to get the destinations I have in Brasília. Usually the front desk service is of high level, making the guest feel comfortable. The only remark I have is in regards to the breakfast, because it is too expensive considering that many people in Brazil don´t eat that much in the morning like in the US, what makes the price of the breakfast unaffordable...

« Horrible experience »

I had an horrible experience. I saw the pictures on trip advisor but when I got there the room was awfull !!!!! totally old, seemed dirty, the air conditioner was right above the bed... TERRIBLE. will not recommend this hotel for anyone and will definetly advise against it.

« Good service, poor property. »

Carpet is old and stained. Wallpaper is hanging out of the wall. You can't control the AC. Service was good, but property needs renovation asap.

« Worst attendance ever »

One day before my check-in I called the hotel asking for the confirmation about my reservation. I explained that my mom (which is 80 years old) would be with me, so I would appreciate have the room ready (my estimation for landing was after the check-in time, around 2PM). When I reach the hotel, I asked the possibility for an up-grade, once that hotel was not booked and the reception asked for pay it more than I pay for the room! As I didn't accept it, they sent me for a awful room with a terrible smell (even the boy who helped with my luggage felt it very strong).
