« In need of urgent renovation »

The room I stayed in was very old, in urgent need of renovation. Balcony door would not lock and it was hard for the front desk people (who were very helpful) to find a room where the door would lock. Breakfast was good and employees were nice.

« Excellent location »

The hotel location is perfect for business or hollidays trips. The car park could be bigger to accomodate more cars. Particularly the room I stayed (1022) was very noisy due, probably, to water drain pipes. Airconditioning also too noisy.

The front desk staff did not speak English clearly enough to explain when we arrived early from the airport that if we got the rooms immediately we'd have to pay half a day, and that the bill had to be paid in advance for our whole stay. Eventually I realized they were about to charge us the extra half day and said we did not want that. My safe did not work and no-one ever responded to my calls (front desk connected me to housekeeping) so I gave up trying to get that fixed. It was nice the room had a refrigerator and microwave, but there were not cups/mugs or anything to use in the microwave to make coffee or tea. I had my own teabags and I eventually I borrowed cups from the breakfast room. The air-conditioning was not powerful enough for the room. The service was extremely slow in the bar/dining rom.

« Great location, great breakfast »

Location is great, rooms are big, clean and quiet, staff is overall very helpful and nice. My only and big problem is that I forgot my Iphone charger at the room, came back looking for it twice and it was not found. I also forgot my wallet in the safe and it was returned just when I came back for the charger even though frontdesk had my contact information.

Rooms are not even close to what is sold in the website. My room was old, smelly and noisy. Didn’t had a hair dryer and water never got hot, only smoothly warm, so my shower experience was also dissatisfying.
