Comfortable bed, good breakfast, good location. The only bad thing was that the sink and shower drains were clogged and the water pooled in them.

Arianna at reception was so extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist us. Marianna in the restaurant was also an exceptional host. My only suggestion would be coffeemaker in the room.

This was my fourth time at this property and I intend to return. But, since their check out process is to slow, this is the second time I had to wait some time to do my check out.

I enjoy my staying, the room was very comfortable to rest and to work. And also has nice view of the city. The break fast was good also. And I during the weekend I enjoy the tour in city and the ride in the bicycle.

It was fine. Wifi in my room (706) wasn't very good. Breakfast was fine, check-in/out seemed quite inefficient but I appreciated the Reception staff's excellent English.

I like the hotel overall, but the restaurant can be better. Is very expense if we look at the flavor of the food. I say that becuase I had dinner one day during my stay and I thought the amount paid was not adequate. I expected more. Near the hotel we have good restaurant options and values are close.

During my short accommodation at the Mercury, I was completely satisfied with the services and facilities. The only thing I can complain is about the TV channels available, there too few of them. Once I was resting, bettween two flights, to have nice movies and TV shows available would be a plus.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel has a beautiful architecture and the room was very nice. Though a little cold. I was a little afraid of the balcony window not being locked so I asked for maintenance to lock it on my first night. On my second night someone slipped a message under my door, asking me to add him/her to my WhatsApp. That made me a bit scared as well. Breakfast on my second morning was a bit chaotic. No tables were clean and several of the items were out, like cheese bread and eggs. And it was only 7h45. Disappointing.

I always choose this hotel because of location and cleaness. Service and room are very good. At this time my room soaps and bath stuff were not replaced in the second day. Also the bin below the sink was removed. No blanket in the closet and ole one towel available.
