« Great time at Mercure Lider »

I had a great time at Mercure Lider Brasilia hotel. My experience was very satisfactory and I felt comfortable and welcome at all times. The staff was very helpful and cordial. I was happy to count on them to provide me with tips of places to eat at or even point me to the delightful soup buffet in their own restaurant when I had just arrived and wanted a quick and light dinner. The room was very tidy and clean and fit my needs just right - a comfortable place to rest but also practical enough to work in.

It was nice staying at the hotel, the staff was very sympathetic, specially the waitress at the restaurant, I think her name is Maria. The hotel had a delicious coffee break during the event I participated.

It is a very nice hotel. We have to point three things: location, service e room. We had a litle problem with the air conditioning. The problem was reported to manager in order to fix it. The restaurant offers a very good food and beverages. We enjoyed so much. Thanks.

« I got what I paid for. Nothing more. »

Basically normal. Some problems with replacing some items in the bathroom.Even with on line checking we have to go to a normal check-in at time of arrival. Invoicing not very clear.

Arianna at reception was so extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist us. Marianna in the restaurant was also an exceptional host. My only suggestion would be coffeemaker in the room.

I enjoy my staying, the room was very comfortable to rest and to work. And also has nice view of the city. The break fast was good also. And I during the weekend I enjoy the tour in city and the ride in the bicycle.

I like the hotel overall, but the restaurant can be better. Is very expense if we look at the flavor of the food. I say that becuase I had dinner one day during my stay and I thought the amount paid was not adequate. I expected more. Near the hotel we have good restaurant options and values are close.

During my short accommodation at the Mercury, I was completely satisfied with the services and facilities. The only thing I can complain is about the TV channels available, there too few of them. Once I was resting, bettween two flights, to have nice movies and TV shows available would be a plus.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel has a beautiful architecture and the room was very nice. Though a little cold. I was a little afraid of the balcony window not being locked so I asked for maintenance to lock it on my first night. On my second night someone slipped a message under my door, asking me to add him/her to my WhatsApp. That made me a bit scared as well. Breakfast on my second morning was a bit chaotic. No tables were clean and several of the items were out, like cheese bread and eggs. And it was only 7h45. Disappointing.
