The managers were always available when I needed them, even for little things like assistance with the elevator. They were always pleasant and always available for questions. The staff in the dining room were likewise pleasant and helpful. And the good was excellent!

It was pleasant and accommodating and what stood out the most was your front desk staff. The room i would rate aboiut a 7. The door hedges on the bathroom door was loose so we had to lift it up the close it. The shower leaked throughout the night so we had to keep the bathroom door cklosed. But again your front desk staff moved my ing from a 7 to a 8. 5 on a 1 to 10 scales.

Overall, it was good. The only complaints is that they charged me for something I didnt have from the mini fridge. Also, they didn’t have plugs to charge things. This was a little inconvenient since we had a lot of things to charge. The iron board we were given was broken. And our bathroom had a very foul smell to it. The staff accomadated us the best they could, which we greatly appreciated!

I had to stay for more than 15 days, our stay was very good, to improve I would suggest a few things: (1 The wlakies talkies of the cleaning and maintenance staff can be adjusted to a lower volume as they are overly loud, beyond (2) After a long stay at the hotel, the ideal would be to facilitate the stay, not only to inform that the hotel would be crowded and should leave the place, without (3) The refectory during the cold was a refrigerator, because the walls are glass and without any type of heating, extremely uncomfortable during breakfast. Positively highlight the excellent food of the self-service lunch and the attendance of food of 24 hours, presentation, taste and quality. The courtesy of the reception desk is to be commended.

When I first arrived I noticed the TV wasn’t working. Has to call a handyman to disassemble the whole shelf just to plug it back through the power outlet (which in inaccessible without disassembling the shelf). Then one of the reading lights wasn’t working. The a/c takes a loooong time to start cooling the room. But the most unbelievable thing is yet to come: there is no cover from the rain when you arrive by car. You must get wet to get out of the car and go into the hotel. Since you committed this blunder when building the hotel I expect you at least to have someone with a big umbrella standing by for incoming guests to scout preventing them from getting wet. But no. I had to get wet every raining day. To get in and get out the car.
