The room is old, it smells bad, no eletric plugs according to Brazilian new legislation. People from the front desk were the only good thing at the hotel- they were lovely and helpful

The spa (Gym) is totally bad. There is only one treadmill working. The other one is broken since last year. There are no cleaning, towels available or any supplier to clean after using the machines. I have being booking there since last year. The room is nice. But I am really thinking about changing the hotel. I usually stay once or twice a month for a week. The company that I work for always book there for the others employees, but I am requesting them to change.

« Room ok - not fantastic, service from all staff excellent, breakfast could be better. »

The rooms are a little dated and not really fully functional, but staff were always happy to try to help. There should be a choice of pillows - to suit different people. The breakfast should have more choice of food, and the lack of choice of teas was ridiculous for a hotel of this standing.

« The room was comfortable and the staff was very attentive and professional. »

The Mercure Hotel provided everything I needed to get my work done in Jaraguá do Sul. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, housekeeping made up my room quickly, the air conditioning worked very well, the breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet. This is everything I need in a business hotel. I also enjoyed the swimming pool which was well maintained.

« Nice hotel located near the center of town. »

The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was good, however the restaurant food in the evening was poor and would recommend going to one of the local establishments.

Front staff and restaurant staff were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Housekeeping was relatively poor. The room had a half used shampoo tube on the floor at the shower door when I moved in. It stayed there for 2 days before it was removed. On the last day, no coffee was replenished and the dirty coffee cups from the previous day were left in the room and not replace. Some days the floors were swept, some days not. I have stayed here before many times. House keeping was excellent then.

Excellent, great accommodations. Excellent space and amenities. Rest nicely and thoroughly. One minor detail to advise for improvement, only one towel in the room.
