The stay was nice, but it was a hassle that no receipt was emailed. This survey was emailed but no receipt , thus the low rating. I had to call internationally and wait on hold to try to track a receipt down.

I have been three weeks in the hotel. Service improved from the first week to now. Anyway needs more improvements. the team is educated and very polite. the rooms need to be rebuild and some of them need maintenance improvement. the Gym is terrible. dirty, dusty and lack of equipment.

I was there from the United Kingdom on business with WEG. I do training and things like that. I love going to the Mercure because everyone is friendly and helpful. The one thing that lets you down is the food in the restaurant. It is very basic - I can understand that in many ways. However, breakfast is great.

« Ok, but there are things to improve »

I am ok with Mercure Jaragua do Sul, as I was last time. My only suggestion is related to the breakfast. I and others were all involved at WEG Meeting, so everybody came down for breakfast at the same time, because we had time to leave. There was no assistance on the breakfast area, no waiters and worse, food was not being replaced as fast as should be. In situations like that the management must be aware to guide the staff properly.
