Always so much to do in Bangkok, we used public transport; the train, river and walk to get around, excellent food everywhere, Pullman’s location is excellent for getting around. Excellent breakfast as well!

It's always a pleasure to be back at the Pullman G. The service is great - staff are always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are comfortable and wifi speed is good. Having breakfast at Pullman G is usually fun as I will go check out what they are offering for the day. Overall, a very comfortable stay which I will recommend to everyone.

I have choice a Executive room but this room type are very old and timeworn. If you stay here you need to book the G-room who go in stile White. This Executive room I have book was also during the night so dark, very few lamps. In this hotel they not change towel, offer turn down service at evening. My Safe not working, it come water from the shower. But when I say the send someone at once to fix it. The room only are 2-3 star. When you book Executive or Club room you have some cake, sandwich coffee/the in early afternoon (15-17) and all day softdrinks, coffe/The. Between 17.30-19.30 they offer a broader choice of light food and also cocktails, wine, beer, sparkling wine for free. The lounge is not the best you can found at hotels in Bangkok but nice. The staff is polite but a little bit slow to severing. The breakfast is the lounge is very good, some you pick your self and also a la carte breakfast who you order at the table. I can recommend the hotel but not the room, the room was only a 2-3 star hotel.

The hotel outlook is cool, the breakfast buffet is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the room design is a bit old and outdated, lack of power plugs (only 2 nearby the working desk but cannot be used in the same time when you have plugged a universal adapter) and the lighting is poor for business. The shower area is not able to let the water flow away and water kept in the area after night.

I book by Agoda ( Rsv No 42…) Sep 2nd to 6th. I ask to hotel staff about receipt, but She said, We can't provide the receipt because you book by Agoda, You can get the receipt by Agoda. But actually, I can't get by Agoda, and I confirmed credit card history that is already paid from your hotel. Could you send the receipt by PDF file?

First night was a fantastic welcome with a surprise refreshments platter and drinks. Very satisfied. 2nd night, when I got back to hotel, wanted to take shower, realised no bath, hand towels and amenities at all, I had to call 3 times before they sent me the towels taking more than 20 mins. Disappointed.

I've done a Tripadvisor review (the one from BruceMcSyd if you want to check it). All in all, the stay was excellent. I would particularly like to thank the housekeeping staff on the 26th Floor, who were thoughtful and helpful, and the very friendly lady who was at the reception desk of the 2nd floor restaurant for most of my stay. But all your staff were friendly and helpful and did an excellent job. The room was lovely. And thank you for the free breakfasts: they were great. I've put all the positives in the Tripadvisor review. Since this is something for your internal use, I'll focus on the areas where I think you could improve. - I am sure that the music videos in the lifts appeal to some guests. But you need more than four songs on there. It gets annoying pretty quickly for anyone staying more than a couple of days to listen to the same songs every time they get in the lift. - You need to revamp your TV system. Many channels (at least in my room - 2601) did not work: the signal was so bad it was unwatchable on many channels. Movie and entertainment channels were either fuzzy or switched off. Al-Jazeera had a big message across the screen. BBC World was pretty much my only option. Other than that, the things I didn't like (basically the music, and the very firm bed) was a question of my taste, rather than a problem. I hope this helps.

Staff very helpful and listening especially at the lounge. Perfect location in Silom. the room is very confortable even if the decoration is a little old style. Scarlet at roof top is perfect, nice choice of meat and wine, beautiful view.

I had booked an early arrive fee. When arriving at the hotel from a red-eye flight, they could not check-me in as the reservation was not updated. They had a assigned a new employee on his first day to check-me in. The front desk was in chaos and there was not preferred check-in for Accor Gold Members. They finally checked me in on the 27 floor. Vincent, Sara and the team at the executive floor fixed all the lack of attention and turned my rough start into a very pleasant stay. Thank to the entire team on the executive floor.
