Wilson the front office coordinator are very attentive and he took good care of us during our stay. Jeslyn the executive lounge coordinator are well trained and gave me a detail explain on how to take public transport.

« Not our best night at the Roxy - but the hotel is still our preferred »

This is our 3rd or 4th visit for an overnighter in Singapore at the Roxy. Unfortunately this time our room was located next to the elevators (and we were given no warning) Can I suggest management try and sleep in room 1642 - when your head is on the pillow the lift vibrates and dings through your head all night. I was hugely disappointed as I upgraded the room using my Accor points and would have at least like to be notified that there would be some noise from the lifts. As if I had the choice I would have requested another room or down graded. Apart from this our stay was pleasant - just not very restful.

Thanks for the information in the Welcome pack. It gave us the ideal walking tour to stave off jet lag and to see the local temple and streets with authentic houses. The Breeze Bistro is very good for a variety of food and the pool is ideal for the climate. Everything was clean and well planned in the room.

I enjoy staying at your hotel. I have stayed several times. I like the free shuttle service and the nice staff. We stayed in a suite this time, the room was large and comfortable however the bed was hard. The space with the desk was not utilised and I felt it was a waste of space.

When I visited this fine hotel in February it was my first Accor hotel since using them in Australia. They continue to maintain high standards. My stay on that occasion was only brief but enjoyable and I determined to return. I did so for a 3 night stay and was fortunate to be allocated a 17th (top) floor room with Clubroom access. The clubroom provided alcoholic beverages in the evening with hors d’oeuvres. Regular beverages are available all day in a tranquil setting I was also given a voucher for a free drink and went to the Breeze bar and stayed for a few pleasurable drinks in good company. I stayed for 3 nights of peaceful sleep prior to joining a cruise. Upon my return I had many hours to kill before my flight and Patrick the Rooms Division Manager allowed me to while away the hours at the “Roxy.” I found all the staff to be extremely courteous and carried out their duties with a smile. I will return next month for an all too brief stay. Future visits to Singapore will always feature the “Roxy.”

I had flown from Europe on my way to Australia and had made a mistake in my booking. The hotel staff in particular the manager, Iskander went out of his way to help me. I always stay at The Roxy when I’m in Singapore and I am never disappointed I would also like to make special mention of the concierge Eday, who was very helpful and friendly.
