Everything was good but i have few comments first the buildings need renovation and maintenance second the bar should be moved away from the pool away from families and children

Didn’t been good, the bed sheets were dirty and even next day they didn't change it. I was disappointed spicily when i discovered they didn’t change the sheets!!!

This is not my first stay in Novotel AlDana but will be my last. I am a constant traveler and this was seriously the worst stay during the whole past year. -the quality of service is way below expectation from check in to check out - Slow service. Ex: I sent one pair of pants to laundry on a Sunday and kept following up on it till my check out day - there is cheapness in the room amenities / toiletries supply. We had ask for them everyday. - the suite furniture is very old, the sofa bed is unbelievably uncomfortable i had to ask for extra bed - bedsheets had to be changed on request on a daily basis - housekeeping did not change the towels purposely the day before checkout which does not happened in a 3 stars hotel

Ramadan clearly had an effect on the service level, and some advertised amenities were simply not available.

Me and my wife planned to stay in th Novotel Bahrain for ou 25th anniversary- I’ve emailed the Hotel three days in an advance asking if th hotel could make a bit special but no response was done! Arrived at the hotel at 12pm for the Friday Brunch by at reception we couldn’t have an early check in as Hotel was fully booked but we could check in for 3pm! After the brunch which was nice at and the room not ready yet! The reception was full of unsatisfied guest! After 1 1/2 hour the room was ready! The receptionist was apologetic and booked us a late check out!

Most everything was very good. The restaurants and lounge were great and all the staff was great. One issue is with the seating at the pool and on the beach. People leave towels or toys on their chairs when they leave and no one removes them for a long time so you don't know if they are being held. People would go down early and put things on chairs to hold them and then wouldn't come back for an hour or more.

Dear Sir/Madam, Honestly, I was expecting better option from the one provided. I have reserved junior suit, but unfortunately I have been provided the worse one. There was lots of mosquitos in the bathroom, and the suite was not having balcony however with my previous stay for small room I was having a balcony. I already booked in advance and told the reservation department that I'm Accor Hotel member to get first priority and better option to be provided. the excuse from the hotel was the number of visitor who cam during my stay time was huge, but this can be avoided if they provided me better option during the reservation time, which was already paid in advance. thanks for allowing me to provide my experience.
