Charged twice for my stay

I am writing this email to try to get in contact with somebody who can help me with my latest booking that somehow i was charged twice for. My booking confirmation number is : NHXPCKDS. I have also attached an attachment to this email indicating the dates and the confirmation number with my name included in it. The problem im facing is that i have paid through the website upon making my reservation, it was confirmed and everything till i arrived to the hotel and i was told that it wasn’t paid for, and because i was tired from my travels, i didn’t ask how it wasn’t paid for when it was deducted from my bank account. i paid the rate again in cash at the front desk even though my card was charged for the rate. I paid the rate for a night twice, one time using the card and another time in cash upon arrival. When i checked out i asked the guy working in the front desk, and he said the hotel doesn’t charge reservations made on the website using cards as a payment method. I can see that i have been charged and money was deducted for the same rate by you guys ans i have attached it to this email. Please take a look as i was charged twice for a one night rate. Good: Location and private beach But a longer bad list 👎: -They charged me more than what's in my reservation email because of an extra gov't tax (that is BS to me, tax hikes don't happen overnight!!) - when we returned to the hotel, we found a printed note announcing a beach party for the next night - during night they decide to test their sound system at 12 mid night (travelling with kids, imagine the pain!) - and then of course the party night itself, unbelievabley loud music It would've been nice if they told us about this sudden party beforehand - tiny parking spots I don't recommend this place for those reasons.
