« Satisfied but can be more if things were much smoother »

I stayed for one night in Junior suite room. The AC was not working at the beginning properly because the filter was filled with dust (not serviced). The cooler was unplugged which cause little bit confusion between me and management. The bath tub was not cleaned when receiving the suite, but cleaned by room service afterward. The location was great. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The management was cooperative especially Mr. Ammar guest receptionist.

The atmosphere at Novotel Dana resort is very friendly. It is casual, and relaxing. You feel at home, not pretentious at all. The staff are great super friendly. I think what would be nice though if while sitting at the pool or beach, if the staff would come and ask if we would like a drink. Instead of us having to go an order a drink somewhere.

It was a delight staying at the Novatel. Very scenic location and beautiful, well-maintained grounds with great layout of lounge chairs and tables. Room was clean, spacious, and homey. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had. Only complaints are the hot tub jets spray cold water making hot tubbing rather lack-luster and it would have been nice to have been able to purchase large packs of bottled water or large jugs of water to refill bottles on site (but staff were very helpful in bringing additional complimentary bottled water until we were able to make a trip to purchase more).

Loved my stay at Novotel Bahrain Al Dana. Grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintained with plenty of colorful plants and trees even in January. Plenty of great lounge chairs and seating by the pool and beach for relaxing. Beach was a bit smaller than expected and the sands not as soft as the Ritz...but prices also weren't the same as the Ritz so very pleased with the value. Room was also very clean and spacious with high ceilings, crown moldings, and nice furnishings. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had at any hotel (amazing hummus!). Biggest complaint was the hot tub jets blow out cold water. Not exactly ideal to warm up on a cool January evening. Overall happy and will be returning to this hotel if I make it back to Bahrain.

« Relaxing festive break , good food , good service on our 5th visit to the hotel. »

This was our 5th stay at your hotel, front reception staff service is just slightly above average this is an area for improvement. Lovely room as always with view of the beach plenty of space for all of us. The staff at breakfast were excellent, the head chef & Nazeema were incredibly helpful & looked after us. The facilities are fantastic & I noticed more sun beds by the pool. All in all an lovely relaxing break my only other area for improvement are some areas of the hotel are looking a little tired could do with a lick of paint but that is a minor thing.
