The check in takes 2 hour, I entered the room and there was a lot of lighting not working In the evening I entered the gate and they inform me that there was no parking inside. I asked for a golf car to drive me to the room where it was far away and waiting for 15 minutes and at last no one came They told me that the check out will be at 2pm. I went to the pool at 12pm and when I came back to the room the card was not working i ask for support from room service for 10 min and no body comes.

staff were very friendly and cooperative. Food was average. Good to visit off peak times. I would give it 4 stars overall. beach front is small and gets full easily with few families. not strictly open to families only which can be uncomfortable to others

I had dinner in le pearl I pass by in the reception to confirm my booking,I spoke to their night manager. He promise an sea view & early check in, cause I need it badly I will checkout in the night. I feel to bad when I came the room that they give is not sea view and the room is they give me at 1pm. I under if your busy but if you promise the guest that they I am expecting. The lady in the reception she didn’t ask for the deposit when I order food in room service they said you need to give deposit in reception. I feel so bad cause I’m working in Sofitel Bahrain standard is the same. & the service in not nice.

Good exprience, more improvement needed.

Our room and the hotel was beautiful, however our last day was spoiled by a team building event by an outside organisation on the beach. The beach was the main reason we stayed there rather than a city centre hotel, they all have pools and there was no way we could enjoy the peace and quiet of the sea while the shouting and cheering was going on
