I found Mr. Thomas, Ms. Queenie and Ms. Kareen to be extremely accommodating, the rooms were very nice and kept clean. Ms. Dianna and the restaurant staff catered to my team's every need and were very polite and courteous. We were granted microwaves for our rooms , a sectioned off area to work on the hotel grounds and offered transportation if needed. « Nice pool and a cosy little sea beach »

The property is compact but has all the facilities of a resort. The pool is nice but major portion is deep side that is not suitable for beginers. A small strech has been developed as a sea beach which offers basic feel of a beach. Rooms are good and clean. Staff is co-operative with excellent front desk team at reception

Stayed there for total of four days and during this time service was great. Rooms were always clean and stuff friendly. They have good menu for the restaurants. It is very nice and relaxing place after a long day of work and seems as well a great place for holiday destination. Definitely would return.

We had a lovely time enjoying the pool and beach together. There was plenty of space for our family. The cot provided was fantastic for our baby, he slept so well. The breakfast was perfect.

Fabulous hotel and wonderful staff. Very well looked after. Ideal place for a proper chill out. All the staff can’t do enough but some deserve an extra mention. Alaa on reception sorted a birthday cake which was a lovely surprise for daughter’s 12 birthday. Sonu kept us topped up with drinks by the pool and always helpful. Angelie kept us topped up with wine and smiles every evening at the fish restaurant and bar. Our special friends were waiting for us breakfast. Haryo was always cheerful and chatty and you could have some fun with him. Lastly but most importantly Catherine became our special friend and we say thank you for remembering us from a previous trip and being so lovely. Thank you all.

too noisy and not recommended for business trips , pool close too late around 22h00 and start from 6h00 . rooms wasn't very clean and staff are not friendly , i asked for complimentary water and they refuse to provide , i got only one bottle at the room ??, for checkout time i received 2 calls reminding me that 12h00 is the checking out time ,

I was very surprised of the poor service provided in this hotel specially the Lifts, i cant understand how people are using it probably from the 1950 and why they dont change it. It would cost them nothing. The room service is terrible and furniture very old. The only good thing is Amira and Rouaa, they were wonderful.
