By my previous experience Novotel is one of my good places for a weekend escape This time I was disappointed on our arrival at the main gate security requested to park at visitors park area!! Where we should park at guests assigned parking. Room, bathroom and furniture cleanliness, the whole place had stink smell very offensive, felt it stuck on my body even after having bath. Beach was very limited space due to some event arrangements, we couldn't use this facility on our arrival date space was fully taken. Ended with our half board which was booked and paid in advance included along with the room, where we also asked for a voucher upon check in we were told the resturant will be notified, we preffered to take lunch on our depature date, we went to the resturant and surprisly they were not having our info!!, and asked us to pay! So we had to wait and communicate with the main reception and resturant Manager check on payment, paid amount, and our meal approval !! we did receive apology from the reception at the resturant we appreciate, BUT... Hotel/Resort overbooked too busy good for the business, but for guests to receive low services and less attention very disappointing ! Hopping to see enhancement in near future.

Their might have been some misunderstanding when it comes to the parking space at the hotel, please note that we don't have a designated parking for each room, all our hotel guests are welcome to park in the hotel main car park, as for using the hotel facilities such as beach & pool area during high occupancy with limited space available depending on the time of arriving to the area, our hotel team is very keen to help you to allocate space for the guests who are on waiting list at all times, we are sorry to hear that you have faced some issues related to your meal plan with the restaurant reception, we will address this matter to the concerned department to make sure it will not happen in the future. There is an employee named MYA at Al-Zaytoun restaurant, where she caused an unjustified problem by saying that we must pay for the child’s breakfast.?!! Note that my family and I booked a sweet room for 5 people, and the front desk had 5 IDs for us. When I told her that this is not the first time I have lived in this resort with my family, and we eat breakfast every day when we have been staying at the resort for more than 20 years and no employee spoke to us in such an inappropriate manner throughout our stay at the resort. Her response was that it was by mistake and this time she would allow for my little girl to have breakfast, but next time we have to pay an amount?!! I felt embarrassed in front of the hotel guests because of this employee who did not know how to talk to the guests. This was our 3rd visit & this time we were very lucky to have a fabulous room overlooking the sea & it was just amazing. The lovely, helpful staff on reception arranged for our room to be ready for our early arrival. Wonderful staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast is amazing. The omelette station is superb. Beach bar & restaurant staff are all so friendly. Can’t wait for our next visit Thank you
