Stood waiting for the receptionist to get off the phone every time we went down with other staff members ignoring us waiting. Room was fairly clean but toilet not great. Woke up to people screaming at each other for hours in the night and slamming doors, not acceptable should have been spoken to. Laughing gas canisters next to my car in the “secure” car park the next morning, awful stay!

I stayed in room 306 and i woke up in the middle of the night to someone trying to kick down the door of the room opposite, i thought we were being robbed and i was in fear for my life, the shouting and screaming continued all through, ar some point some came to my door and was banging on it. I didnt have any sleep, it was arguably one of my most traumatic nights. I go to reception in the morning told her what happened and she asks why i didn't come to reception, i said there was someone outside my room and i should come out and get killed? She asked why i didnt phone reception, i asked if they had any phones in the rooms, and she said i could have used my mobile!!!! So not sure which was worse, the midnight burglar or the unsympathetic receptionist. I went back home and was finally able to sleep.

Very clean and quiet the only down side is having to go downstairs to make a cup of tea... there are also no plugs by the bed, I use a sleep apneo machine and it needs to be plugged in.

I stayed at the hotel to attend a concert at the O2 Arena, it was a little far and for someone not living in London, public transport is a minefield, (Maybe I'm just getting too old) although the hotel was perfectly adequate, the distance from the venue was a little far, for this reason, I'm not sure I would use it again unless I was driving from the hotel.

Clean modern rooms with everything required for a comfortable stay. We loved the quirky decor and the minimalist reception area. Breakfast is available, and they have a food menu but it’s just as easy to get food delivered. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and go about their respective jobs professionally. Excellent alround!

I was greeted with a room that was dirty and very basic I had booked for 2 nights as I was working 800 metres away I did not even return the second night choosing to sleep in my truck as it was cleaner and had better facilities

IBIS Budget staff enhanced my stay and experience with friendly service and support throughout. All queries were dealt with expeditiously and to my complete satisfaction. The room was the one I requested, sleep quality was perfect and the room was well looked after by the appropriate staff.

I expected a no frills hotels and was pleasantly surprised it had all I pretty much needed. Obviously it wasn't a huge room but then I wouldn't have expected it to be nor did I need it to be. I used the room for sleeping and relaxing after being out for the day and for that purpose it was excellent.

Room basic but clean. Booked as 'close to city airport' - it is as the bird flies, but there is a train line in the middle. More than 30 minute walk to airport.

It was a case of "does what it says on the tin" but that was what was expected and what was required. And at the price I paid I was happy.

Poor nights sleep - my room's (327) lights hept turning on automatically in the night and at 1am I had to change room

As expected; Excellent service from the staff, small room initially booked for two but turned out to be too small so it was used as single room. Everything that you need is there; just not where you usually expect them (e.g. wash basin and shower in the room :-). Only small problem a vague smell from the basin in the room.

Never again! I will avoid all Ibus Budget hotels in the future.

Shocking needs updating damp rooms weren't cleaned well no kettle for tea/coffee no toiletries basic wasn't the word and staff were dreadful didn't know what they were doing. I had perfume and deodorant stolen from my room reported to a gentleman at reception he didn't care and wouldn't give me HO details to complain whole experience was shocking

Value for money ? I'd say so.
