« Great budget hotel. »

More than i expected. I got a little put off by the reviews, but i knew this would be more budget than other chain hotels which i was fine with. Overall the room and staff exceeded my expectations. I can't find any faults other than the noises from the corridor. Would stay with you again!

The floor was so sticky and dirty. One could almost choke in the room from the smell of chlorine. There was no shampoo directly available, one had to go to the reception and directly ask for it. Breakfast super basic, it seems like when a man is responsible for the preparation they don't even bother to bake the croissants properly. The highlight was very nice cleaning stuff. I will never stay there again.

First room had large stain on sheet and was generally slightly dirty (marks on wall of room and toilet). Second room much better. Reception area looked nice and was clean other areas of the hotel were showing their age

When they say budget, they mean budget, there wasn't even a kettle in the Room to make a cuppa. I have been all over the world and stayed in Camp accommodations in various locations on large scale projects and this hotel reminded me of those, down to the prefab nature of the construction. It's okay for one night, but not for a number of days and is definitely over priced.

Reached the hotel at about 1230am to be greeted by a receptionist in a very bad mood. She purposely moved very slow. In the middle of dealing with me she went to do something else and was rude to me when I picked up my receipt as she wanted to hand it to me for some reason. The next morning my room had been taken off the breakfast list for some reason. I assume the receptionist woman had something to do with this. The hotel itself is decent however, the customer service was very poor and I can't say I'll be visiting this hotel again.

It's a great, out of city hotel/hostel, with good transport into the heart of the city. We like the location, the modern clean & compact rooms, were particularly impressed with the 3 bed(king+bunk over). Staff is efficient, friendly & accommodating.

1. I only realized I was charged twice for breakfast when I got the invoice by email! 2. There was no coffee at breakfast. I was told ut run out and there was none in stock! 3. Lady on reception in the morning struggled to understand english and kept calling her colleague to help. 4. Overall cleaning was poor with dead mosquitos on the room wall. Overall: Poor experience. I would expect at least a breakfast refund.

The staff in the hotel were great and so so helpful, they are a credit to your company. The hotel itself was sufficient for a few days stay in London but internally it is showing signs of 'tiredness' and is dated, compared to other budget hotels we have stayed in, so could do with a little TLC decor wise. I know this is a budget hotel so did not expect too much but that does not mean that the hotel maintenance should suffer. Having said that we would stay again at the hotel as everything else was fine.

Awful. I had booked the hotel as part of my mother's 60th birthday celebration along with a night to see Michael Buble. We booked a twin room directly. Upon arrival we were given a double with bed overhead. I went back to reception and was told that there were only 3 twins available and they were all gone, and that they would have never been offered. My mum is a large woman and we both have back issues, so there was no going in the UNMADE bed overhead. We had to squeeze into the double. The floor was filthy, toilet and shower were not clean and the whole place had a prison like feel. Because of the false advertising/breach of contract and ruined experience, I feel we need a complete refund and compensation.
