The rooms are comfortable, clean and well decorated. The staff was quite helpful. I was a bit annoyed by a high pitched noise that could be heard from my room when the shower was used in the next room.

I’ve gold status but I didn’t receive the welcome drink. I tried to call to room service at night many times but didn’t answer me. The room is better than other Mercure around the world and the price is very good.

Great experience, however, I booked for 3 people and there was only one bed in the room... We had to call the reception and insist on having another bed, so a matress was delivered to us...I did not expect to have someone sleeping on the floor in a hotel where I booked a room for 3 people. Other than that, everything was fine. Thanks for asking.
