« Hotel and hotel staff were excellent. »

Everyone on the hotel staff was very professional and hard working. They were courteous and made sure my stay was comfortable and productive. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered many alternatives for everyone. I used the fitness center during my stay and was happy with the equipment. The only small problem I had was with the internet which was intermittent.

I stayed two separate nights either side of a wedding. i ate in the hotel one night and visited the bar both nights. The room was good and very clean - except under the bed. My upgraded room had everything I needed and I slept very well. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was very good and the gym was adequate. I liked the view from the 19th floor. The waiter at the restaurant did not understand our orders and brought both starter and main entrée salads.

The only negative during my stay was that l stayed for a few nights and the hotel hasn't provide any upgrade and also the lost day l have to work the all day and flight in the evening and i could have a later check out.

We were there one night only. We received a friendly welcome, help at check in and a nice room. Breakfast the following morning was all very good. However, when I requested a final bill on check out, the check out clerk was unwilling to assist. She said that the bill would be sent to the agency through which our booking had been made. All I wanted was a bill to indicate I owed nothing for extras such as mini bar usage so that there would be evidence that there was a nil balance. But it took a lot of persuasion on my part to get any such document from her. Eventually, on my suggestion, she gave me a blank invoice with my name in it but nothing entered below (we'd not used anything). She then stamped that document. Seems to me that there is a crazy bureaucracy that turned at least that clerk into an unthinking front desk person with no capacity for initiative and who thus became ever less helpful and stubborn.
