« It was an bad experience will not book in the future »

Thou the hotel was at nice location and with facilities the hotel was stingy in small small things ..like asking for Aed 10 for some games for kids and asking us to call room service for getting a bottle of water in charged basis.i have ever seen any hotel charging for such small items .the room service was bad as therr were no tea sachets and no cups and spoon in the room .

« Excellent View and very friendly staff »

The stay was very pleasant and the views even better. The staff at the reception(Ranjani) was very courteous and helpful. Couple of restaurants around serving diverse cuisine. 5 Mins drive to the top of Jabel Hafeet. If I can be picky, bathroom tub was a bit small where it was difficult to even stand properly while having shower. And the bathroom looks a bit outdated with visible wear and tear. Nothing too serious. All in all, it's an excellent place to stay, lets face it, you go their for the view and they deliver the views bang on.

« Lovely family hotel »

Despite the weather we had a lovely time. It would have been nice if we could have eaten in a restaurant and not the lobby. Due to the bad weather, we couldn't dine outside so we had to eat inside and the restaurant was not open until 7pm which was too late for the children. May I suggest that during inclement weather, the restaurant facilities open earlier to accommodate families with young children.

« Lovely hotel but losing its charm »

Courteous staff, rooms are way outdated. I took a room with a balcony thinking i will be able to sit out and enjoy the view. The balcony is a two tile balcony which cant even fit in two people properly. Breakfast variety was less. Me and my wife visited the Lawrence bar which had Happy hours from 5-8, but when we reached at 730 we are still under the happy hour bracket and does not allow the bartender to tell us that happy hour last order is over. The bar was Empty with not a single soul. Will only visit if they bring in something new since they have nothing much other than the view.

Right from Check-in to Check-out everything was perfect. Mr. Themoti and Ms. Ranjeeni were very cooperative and prompt. Thanks a lot for the birthday cake surprise. We had very nice and relaxing stay. Suggestion 1. Now almost every hotel provide the USB charging facility in the room which was not available in room 2. Phone, A/C control is not user friendly. Why we need to dial 2 for A/C switch off. The phone unit was also looked like very old and shabby 3. Room Interior was not very attractive compared to the star rating 4. Went for walk outside but found lots of garbage dumped in the side of road which was not overnight garbage but lying from long time. 5. The food in restaurant is highly priced. It's like customer don't have any other choice so hotel is taking advantage of it. I regularly travel to various countries but this pricing I even not came across in 5 star hotels.

Rooms were old. Food was fair. The shock was one of the room service team entered our room and my wife was sleeping. My wife were very scared. When I contacted the front desk the only reaction I got was sorry. No one showed up and I really didn't see any action.

The resort is beautiful and clean but the staff was very uncooperative.. the requests were not well attended. There was quite a delay in every request made and on top of that when the staff came they were rude instead of being apologetic on the delay.
