The recreation facility in the hotel is great, especially there is a park for kids. The view is decent in both night and daytime. However, this hotel is a little old. Some room facilities are not as good as expected.

We had a great time and the staffs were very professional except one of the staffs I think his name was Ali from room service. What happened was, we were looking for couple of whiskey glasses, spoons and dental kit . The moment I informed him to get it he was quite and he didn’t talk to me for a while then he said he will bring . It seems he didn’t like the order. Anyway it took him almost 1hour to bring. In between I called but the phone was keeping up disconnected.Our food became very cold so we were forced to eat it by our hands. Then I tried calling room service again but the phone was disconnected again. I informed to a receptionist and she said how come we didn’t get it and she will send it soon but waiting for more time to nothing happened again. So we went directly to reception. We told to the receptionist how it’s difficult to get the things we asked and she said sorry for what happened. Anyway it was not her mistake but the person in room service should take responsibility. Customer service should be improved.

It was amazing. The hotel location was so good. I hope they could maintain the maintenance and upgrade some facilities.the landline wiring is broken. Some items needed has to be requested so we need to call many times to request for the items. It was the day after my birthday and I tell the reception it's my birthday date in their tv but unfortunately the receptionist did not even wish me any way. I had fun it was great and for sure I'm coming back.

Old Building looking shall be improved. Noticable Cracks on room wall entrance. Room Safe is not working. Call reception for removing Alcohol, they agreed but no one come. Receptionest gave 1 bed room, while reservation is two singlt bed. Upon complaint he shift to the correct paid room. No cleaning happens at day 26 until checking out at 2pm. Which gives carless indication. Improvement is required.

Overall it was a nice stay but i had a complain that i booked the hotel in a wrong date and when i changed it the hotel refused to refund me with neither the money nor the points i spend in the booking which i didnt expect at all from such hotel.

We arrived in the diplomatic suite to find a toilet full of poo. It is difficult to describe how shocked we were. Very bad start and the hotel did not recover.

My kids love the pool, but the hotel feels run down and a poor value.

My kids love coming to this hotel because of the pool and waterslides, but that's the only reason we come. We stayed in the Diplomatic Suite, which is presumably one of the nicest hotels in the room. It's not nice at all, though. There are stains on many walls (from mold or something else), and the furniture and the rugs have holes and stains. The showers are unusable, and one of the sink drains did not work properly. Overall, our experience was very disappointing.
