My kids love coming to this hotel because of the pool and waterslides, but that's the only reason we come. We stayed in the Diplomatic Suite, which is presumably one of the nicest hotels in the room. It's not nice at all, though. There are stains on many walls (from mold or something else), and the furniture and the rugs have holes and stains. The showers are unusable, and one of the sink drains did not work properly. Overall, our experience was very disappointing.

The property has a very good location. That’s one of the main reason I keep going to the hotel. I visited the property for weekend break to get relaxed. This outing was not at all the one I intended. All the experiences were not expected. 1. I am a vegetarian and ordered a vegetarian pizza, but what we were served a non-veg pizza after 25-30 mins. Ofcourse it was replaced after another 20 mins. We child became extremely cranky and we lost interest in eating 2. Next was at dinner time where my wife ordered Dal Makhani. As per the menu it is served with some papad and pickle. Nothing came along. The pasta I had ordered was extremely oily. 3. In the evening there was some wedding reception in the hotel. There is loud music of drums playing at late night I think around 11.30. These guests shouting at the top of their voices. 4. In the morning for breakfast, my wife ordered American breakfast and it came without a few things mentioned in the menu. When we called the room service to inform them, and they promised we will send. Nothing came for next 3 hrs 5. Then while checking out, we asked reception to send someone to pick the luggage. We waited for 30 mins but no one appeared. Finally we decided to pick our own stuff and walk out. There we see another couple (elderly) also dragging their own luggage. This is not all, at the billing also had an issue. Someone else’s dinner bill was showing up in my bill. When I called for the signed copy, it was for some other room. All these things completely made my stay miserable. These things could have been easily avoided if the staff was a bit more attentive in listening to the customer and doing their job diligently. Extremely disappointed with Accor group

Our room was upgraded, thank you. The food was delicious. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The bar service at the pool bar could have been better (not enough staff). The timings of the all inclusive package should be reviewed. But overall the service was excellent and drinks aplenty.

It was poor one! The room needs a heavy maintenance if not a full renovation, breakfast so basic like a school canteen, the restaurant available for dinner offers poor food with non professional services! The pool like a destination for male gender and overall hotel facilities are very limited. It’s shame such location has this awkward services. UAE offers such level of hospitality that should not leave a room for such bad experience. I’m sure from my experience in Hospitality that location can be occupied by five star unforgettable experience, just got for something more fresh, more for youth to bring happiness into there

The ride going to the hotel is already an experience. The hotel itself is a suprise because of its high ceiling and courteous people. The room that been given have balcony and with a view of the pool and Al ain. Tje only setback is that the odor emitted by the aircon whenever it is turn on. Good thing that the night is not really hot and windy so I let the window open and enjoy the breeze while sleeping.

We decided to spend time at Al Khayma. Ordered for a shisha, Humus and Shish tawouk. Shisha was medicore and we had to call the waiter everytime to change charcoal without them doing it. When ordered for Shish Tawouk we were told that the platter couldnt be served and only sandwich is available to which we agreed. Humus came with very little olive oil, when we asked to add more olive oil in it the waitress took it and didnt return for 25mins, when questioned she said we thought you dont want it. Later she got a new plate of humus and arrogantly said 'Just for you !', which is not acceptable.

On check in i was shocked that the room i reserved was charged to a handicap room! No bath tube in that room and you need to set on your knees to wash your hands The hotel provides only two bottles of water for complimentary ! I have never had this experience . It is time to renovate this hotel since it's very old. Value VS price i can say very poor

Stay and Front office experience was decent , however huge improvement is required in overall Food and Beverage department , apologies if I'm rude, however facts needs to brought to your attention. None of the outlets were close to what guest is expecting and I don't blame the service staff but management. look and feel of Bar on ground level was like banquet hall there , only two staff who were not trained well to serve, we ordered nachos and they were ready made chips microwaved and served. its advisable to keep limited menu and upgrade quality. Pool side bar was good since expectation are limited with drinks which were served quick. Arabic Restaurant Mazlis again disappointed since sheesha was not made properly it was obvious that someone who is preparing it is not proper Sheehsa guy ,we have to ask them for charcoal and again, food was not close to what we eat at other Arabic restaurants since authenticity is the key for Arabic food which was not close even in this outlet. We were roaming around in hotel from afternoon till night and same staff was reallocated to all outlets, to reduce cost its good thought but a person cannot be able to deliver his maximum potential and his behaviour and body language will show his tiredness in his or her work which again is lack of planning and if server are not happy they can never keep their customers happy. there is so much potential in property to uplift food and beverage and you can make it as a destination dinning but what I feel is vision is mission to make it happen.
