Went Twine for work lunch. Sat at the bar. Staff was overwhelmed as it was very busy. Dishes not cleared from previous guests ( there was a convention and lots of guests) Ordered chicken gyros wrap. Aed 106.00 Beside the price, sadly this dish wash one of the most tasteless items I have eaten in a long time. Not sure why. Possibly the chef or someone else should re-taste this dish. A real shame considering the price. Thanks

This was a trip for the APSC conference and family tour to Dubai. The hospitality was good. It was nice to meet people from Nepal here. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was nice. The location is favorable for travel to Dubai main attractions. The hotel staffs are friendly specially Abin Lama, Karla, Majidu, chefs- Naveen and Jordan

I stay for one night the check in service is very good and easy ms pragya from the reception she is very polite she give fast check in .. cleanliness is good but room AC is not good and I request for the dental kit many times but no one bring.... Room service a bit need to improve

A few elements that can be considered: Rooms are small, and bathrooms are very small. Breakfast can do with fresh dates and figs. Breakfast was very basic compared to other hotels in the same price range. Water in bathrooms was not refreshed daily and nor was any coffee available only tee. Reception and valet can assist guests better in sourcing a Dubai-metered taxi. Guests without a Dubai phone number cannot access the Taxi App.
