The front desk receptionists were very polite, cooperative with warm smile (Alexis and Cyclil), room was OK, breakfast at Cubo restaurant was very good (special thanks to Christine for her hospitality), location is very good nearby Dubai world trade center and close to the metro as well.

It took too long while checking in and out. The rooms were not clean and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. No towels in the bathroom. Room keys were not operative every time u go out u need to get another key from reception. The staff was not helpful.

« Loved the hotel, was put off by the front office. »

hotel is great but your front desk (which is supposed to be the engine and heart of the hotel) is extremely rude and dismissive. They are just unwilling to help. Chetana is worst and cold receptionst I have ever met in my life. The africanlady is just as bad as Chetana. Loved everything else about the hotel. Location, breakfast. air con, pool acess at Novotel, free shuttle bus to kite beach & Dubal Mall. Agnes, Almie and Bal. Thank you for an AMAZING service. Will definately come back.

I was welcomed by David, the king at Reception, the best welcome! He was informative, kind, fun and gave lots of hints of how to best enjoy the hotel and the city. Well done! Restaurant is good and very fair price, again I got a great Welcome there, from Agnes. Thank you Ibis. The room is standard, as in all Ibis Hotels, but everything is there that you need and may want. Location is amazing, as lots of eating places are around, in all price ranges and the Metro Station is only a few meters away and can take you to the airport as well. It started with valet! There was no one around, the valet drivers could have parked my car for me. The parking is the worst. The lady at the reception was not helpful with that either. The room was okay for the price we got it at. The food and food options was not good given the price quoted for them.
