It was supposedly a great experience staying with you. However, when I reported that I left my white hoodie jacket and called back to report it. They said they couldn't find it. That is the only place I've been to before I went home. Your hotel. I called a lot of times to check but unfortunately no one told me where it was. :( I have to call a lot of times to check because that item went missing and I only found out a day after I checked out.

I wasn’t issued a receipt the day I checked in, I was made to pay half day in 7th of November 2019. Non issuance of payment receipt made me not to know how many days I paid for. I was given 30mins to check out by Alexis after I paid AED200. My flight was for 3.00am but I left Ibis at 7.30pm to the airport. It was reall a bad experience for me!!

It was fair enough but few things could make the stay more wonderful than satisfactory like dental kit and tissue box should be available in the room prior to check-in.

Despite the small room, I did enjoy my stay and intend to stay again next time but will have to upgrade to a reasonably sized room. I would like to mention two of your staff specifically who stood out with their service provided: 1. Ms. Chetana at the reception was always helpful, friendly and smiling and provided a good atmosphere. 2. I was very impressed with your Assistant Restaurant Manager, Mr. Johirul Kazi. He was friendly and helpful beyond what one would expect. People like this are adding to your hotel's good reputation.

The staff was very courteous and engaged throughout my stay and went above and beyond to ensure that that my stay was comfortable. One advise is the Restaurant- Being open for dinner might have been a good idea during GITEX week instead of the Bar for food.
