The staff is so friendly especially Mr Binod from house keeping he helped us with the quick delivery of the room as well as the comprehensive guidance of the hotel facilitiesand, the hotel was so clean and the location is close to the Dubai mall and the room size is normal and there is so much activities and we recommend going there

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks, and they did not issue me an invoice. They kept putting me off, and I had to chase them for a week, but I still have not received the invoice.

I found the location to be quite convenient. However, I encountered a recurring issue during my stay that greatly disrupted my experience. Every evening upon returning to the hotel, I discovered that my key card was not functioning, despite taking precautions to keep it away from electronic devices such as my phone. This proved to be extremely inconvenient, especially after a long day when all I wanted was to relax in my room. Having to trek back to the reception each night to have my key card replaced was not only frustrating but also disruptive to my plans. I hope you can understand my disappointment with this aspect of my stay. While I appreciated many aspects of your hotel, this recurring issue significantly detracted from my overall experience. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for future guests.

I choose this hotel for affordability, location, cleanliness, vibrant lobby and serene interiors for restaurant and outdoor area. My reservation was handled briskly by Joseph this is the second time he has assisted me. Aymen(sp) was amazing at checkout. I was trying to communicate with Oman border control, but noone was speaking English he took the call from me after hearing my concern spoke to the people and translated the information. Trevor and Amal were on duty one time when I had called to request ice. I was informed we have no in room dining but could get ice in the restaurant downstairs. Down stairs I found the restaurant closed. Amal was kind enough to arrange ice for me something well outside their scope for the inconvenience. Wow! The best part was when I received a call from Trevor to confirm I had been assisted. Kudos to the front office team. Finding a star in a team is great but a department with several stars ensures consistency, welldone!!!

Very Functional clean room, lovely warm staff greeting, looks brand new, everything you could possibly need for a great stay. You can see the Museum of the Future, easy walk from hotel Pedestrianised area w restaurants, pharmacy & medical centre all at entrance to the World Trade Centre just steps from hotel
