Very bad experience they are not providing drinking water also they denied to give drinking water even they are not providing any minimum amenities like Shaving kit, soap, comb, shower cap, coffee making set and phone also not working to contact reception very very bad experience

Air Conditioner Too Cold and Can't be Adjusted

MissHK2009 Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

The price is good, no frills, transport convenient with a metro station nearby, in a local and residential neighbourhood which means things are rather cheap. A decent shopping mall is on the opposite. The space of my single room is ok for me, everything functional except the air conditioning which is too cold. It cannot be adjusted and the system is central. Cleanliness not so good. Buffet breakfast is HKD100 extra and variety is limited, looks not good, so I didn't try. There are quite some eateries around alternatively. I may not consider to return, given its too cold room.

Fantastic for a Tourism Stay in Hong Kong

Great service, clean, decent breakfast, good prices. Appreciated the 24 hour checkin - good if you arrive on a late flight as I did. Direct bus to/from the airport (bus 11A, ends at North Point bus station just around the corner from the hotel). Trams, bus services, underground and passenger ferry to Kowloon are all very close by. My room had a great view across the harbour.

Hotel is ok and very reasonably priced. Good location on Hong Kong Island. Rooms are quite small though.
