Good location with everything around you! no need to go elsewhere to shop or to eat. the train station, bus terminal and ferry are so close to the hotel. Causeway Bay, which is really popular with shopping of upper market brands is also close. For those travellers used to large hotel rooms, be warned that the rooms are small but have all the facilities.

WOOW.. WHAT AN UNFORGETABLE MEMORY STAYING AT IBIS NORTH POINT, HONGKONG..! It's me n my spouse experience stay for 6 days 5 nights there.. Room is always clean n neat for everyday has been managed well, make us very comfortable everytime we get back after a tired visiting many interested & nice places in Hongkong. In fact, our request if highest floor non smoking room was arranged accordingly, even plus, luckily we got a harbor view room, make it completely convenience. The last two WOOW refer to our Woow comment was the hotel location is just across a drop point of shuttle bus to Airport Express and a few meter away from a bus terminus to Hongkong airport,,! AND THE LAST WOOW IS REFER TO A GREAT SERVICE OF MATHEW, THE FRONT OFFICE GUY ON OUR LAST STAY DAY THERE FOR THIS 2 GREAT THINGS AS FOLLOWS: 1. When we apologize for breaking a tooth washing glass in the bathroom, Mathew was spontaneously asking wether we were injured, instead of questioning about the broken glass..! And we were not charged for it as well.. 2. We were helped by Mathew in measuring our luggage weight using a regular body weight measure media by him standing on the weight measure media carrying our luggage to count the weight..! THANKS MATHEW, THANKS IBIS NORTH POINT..!

They got hold of my credit amounting to HKD3,245. I paid them in cash upon check out last March 14 and they promised they will release the amount they withheld immediately. Today, when I verified my balance in my credit card, the said amount (HKD 3,245) is still floating.

The hotel is well located inside Hong Kong with a very close access to the subway, station North Point, 15 minutes from Central. We were a bit disappointed by the breakfast who offered indeed a large choice but the quality wasn't really there. The room was confortable even though it was quite small. I would only recommend Ibis North Point to do something about the noise isolation as we could almost hear our neighbours' discussions.

I like the location of your hotel and the view across the harbour. The staff I met were competent and courteous. I only took breakfast once and was not impressed. Food kept warm is never as good as freshly coked meals.

Ibis North Point offers no-frills accommodation at a sensible price. The rooms are clean and well serviced, and generally quiet. Beds are comfortable and 'firm'. Space is limited in Hong Kong and the Ibis is no exception, but if you can accept limited space then staff at Ibis North Point will work hard to ensure you enjoy your stay.

While the room was quite small, I booked this economical hotel as I wanted to stay overnight on the island and as I was solo, my budget was limited. It was absolutely perfect for my needs - a bed, en-suite and WiFi. I had a great stay.

OK we read the reviews and knew the rooms would be small, but seriously they are too small. We know space is a premium in HK, so it's not surprising.We have stayed at Ibis's around the world many times before, but this would have to be the least desirable. The rooms could have been cleaner, and we did not appreciate hair in the bathroom from previous guest/s. internet was very intermittent, and overall we could not get a connection. We had more time-outs than connectivity.

The room and toilet is very small and not worth the cost. The minibar is empty and no free mineral water. Even on the toilets there is no shampoo, no shaver. Room & Toilet size is not standard for 3star Hotel. I call the reception to bring me a sachet of sugar & coffee creamier nothing came until I checked out the hotel. This is not I expected for an Accor Brand Hotels.

« Failed to meet standards »

I was not impressed with bathroom that had hair from previous occupants. Internet connection...what connection...gave up on this.Bed and pillows were uncomfortable and l will not accept the fact that it's because of Ibis level. I have stayed at many Ibis hotels that were far more comfortable - e.g. Ibis King Street Wharf Sydney. Rooms here are super small - to be expected, in Hong Kong, but these rooms take 'small' to a new level of miniature rooms where moving around was difficult. The window could also be wiped clean. I rarely write a negative review, but this place really failed to impress in a big way.
