« Bathroom needs improvement »

The room was very clean except for the bathroom. Bed is hard but tolerable, there is an extra pillow in the cabinet which is good. The bathroom needs improvement, we hope you can change the tiles because it looks old and has molds on it. There’s a kettle, tea and coffee however there is no water provided which is a bit odd.

The hotel is OK, but nothing more. Location is very good - close to public transport, market and some restaurants. Standard is medium, room was small, need some refurbishing. Straff is very nice and helpful.

Everything was smooth. Location was convenient. Bedding was clean. Would be nice if more bathroom essentials were provided. (toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, body wash, comb, razor, etc) Would be nice if there were more separation between the shower and the bathroom. It was easy to get the whole floor wet.

Ibis Northpoint hotel is a well located harbour side hotel, that suits both a hectic business trip & / or vacation. Fabulous view for my 31st Floor, Studio & easy transport location from Java Rd. Bus, MTR & ferry are a short walk. Variety of dining opportunities in the area plus good dining in the hotel. Excellent staff in all areas. Always a pleasure at my go to Hong Kong Accor hotel.

« Two weeks’ stay »

The room was nice except little tight space to open my luggage. The staff was good in tidying up the room everyday. The first night I checked in, there were loud noise coming out from another room. After speaking to the staff at the reception and a security staff was sent out to check on the clients, the noise stopped and I had a good sleep. The laundry service was good as well. The location is excellent that the airport bus stopped right opposite to the hotel. The MTR station is only 5 minutes’ walk away.

Rooms too small, it needs a total refurbishment, the only plus side is very close to MTR, not suitable for long term stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only the hotel less quality of the staff down which are always friendly and helpful.

Good location just beside the HK Metro. Fell welcomed by FO staff, sorry, I didn't notice the name. A nice lady and gentleman. They kindly prepared the adaptor upon check-in and upgraded my room. There is a Taiwanese milk tea shop and a delicious local cuisine restaurant next door.

Reservation ok. Easy and quick checking in. Good internet. Clean room and bed. Negative: Very small room. Hardly space for put a big suitcase. Cold room. Why roomservice leave aircon running? TV - poor small old flat screen TV.

Convenient location, downstairs is the MTR station, around the corner is the ferry pier as well as the bus terminal. A11 bus direct to the airport. Room was small, but as expected for an Ibis hotel in Hong Kong, you get what you pay for. Service was great, house keeping lady was very friendly and always helpful.

Excellent service at the reception. Room small but have all amenities. The cafateria staff are helpful and polite. A good choice for single travellers. Don't know whether there are bigger rooms for two people. Did not have time to check.

Thanks for the upgrade, loved the view. One of the roller shades came out from the rails (it was already like that when I got into the room), took me just under 5 minutes to get it fixed so I didn't call reception. Though I think housekeeping should have spotted this.
