« Will definitely return. »

This is our third stay at this hotel. Very satisfied. Room is small as it’s a Hong Kong standard of a boutique hotel. Good value for money. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good. Within 5 minutes walk to airport bus A11 terminal. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Breakfast is tasty. Allowed us to store our extra luggage while we go cruising as we’ve booked to return after cruising. Will book again next time.

Property condition deteriorated over the years since my last visit in 2016/01, however the Service Levels have improved and made up for it; from CheckIn till Housekeeping till Checkout has been pleasant, probably reduce the value/rates for the room to retain customers?

Bare lobby. 2nd floor front desk. English speaking staff, friendly courteous efficient. Slow elevator. Well lit corridors. Clean room. Clean sheets. Clean toilet and bath. Hot shower. Cold ref. Stomach filling buffet breakfast. 1 min walk to mtr. 2 mins walk to bus and tram. Taxi right in front. Great value for money for mid range budget hotel.

The location was convenient but the hotel was unfortunately disappointing. We stayed there twice, 8 nights total in the course of 2 weeks. The good stuff: - Great location right next to underground station - lovely view over the harbour - friendly staff that gave us red wine for my birthday The not so good stuff: - the air was very heavy and humid and left a moldy smell in the rooms. It also made the sheets feel wet - there was little sound isolation so you could here everything going on, on the floor you lived. It meant we got little sleep. Everything from a sneeze, to a boiling kettle or a flushing toilet sounds as if it's happening inside your room. - the aircon didn't respond to it's settings and could only be turned on or off. When on it was incredibly cold - only 2 slow elevators for the entire building. It wasn't uncommon for us to wait 5-10 minutes for one to reach our floor due to heavy traffic

Generally ok but i think i was exorbitantly overcharged for the 2 nights stay. I was charged S$482.41 for a 2 nights stay in this 3 stars hotel which the price could be only S$200 plus.

I returned to ibis northpoint as my first stay was pleasant and staff tended to my needs .l was abit disappointed this stay as l choose to stay there on a very special occasion my wedding and honeymoon .lt is custom that if one stays at a hotel on there honeymoon that the hotel send a complementary bottle of champagne. But for that issue my stay was pleasant. Perhaps my western culture different than in Hong Kong for such occasions ?

The airport bus station is just around the corner. A lot of eateries nearby. Mrt station is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Rooms are small but you know this is Hong Kong. Check-in and check-out process very fast. Rooms are clean and cozy.

The location is very convenient, right next to the MTR. The staff are very helpful and friendly - check-in was a breeze and they accomodated my late check-out request at no extra charge. Rooms are clean and neat. I would definitely recommend for the budget business traveller!

We stayed there for 3 nights with my hisband and 5 friends. The room was nice and with everything we needed. We had a nice view and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Nothing fancy but the value is good and staff is very helpful, rooms are clean. There are markets and restaurants close by and the MTR station entrance is right beside the hotel. Elevator is slow and breakfast is just OK

This hotel represent good value for money for Hong Kong.Location 30m from the MTR station, 300m from the ferry.Rooms are small but have all necessary amenities.Staff very helpful and smiling (not always the case in HKG..)Would I stay here again ? Yes without doubt
