We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was good and the room had enough space, for hongkong standards. Central location and everything was clean. Really nice pool. On the day of checkout we received a late checkout for free ( accor silver)

There was protests right outside the streets that week so... but overall is ok. We got the executive room... tea time was so so expected more varieties.

We stayed for 1 night only at the Novotel so didn’t get to use all the facilities.. the location was perfect for MTR, Star Ferry and easy walking distance for Causeway Bay. The room was pleasant and sufficient for a night. In room coffee facilities were limited where most hotels of a similar standard now have Nespresso machines. The bed was comfortable but a better selection of pillows would have improved my sleep.. Front desk and concierge were helpful especially with the protests, but it would have been better to notify guests with information boards or an email notifying of the current state of events.. the night we checked in there were protests and riots in Causeway Bay which we knew nothing about and avoided by chance. Our checkout day we only found out about MTR closures and impact getting off HK island when we asked for a late checkout and were advised we should plan to leave early, which is hard when your flight is at 10pm and you’re advised to leave the island by 9am. It would have been helpful to offer luggage storage at another of the groups hotels away from the riot/protests.

The service at the Front Desk is great, they are friendly and professional. Surprisingly I used a Accor Plus Membership complimentary room coupon and the lady upgraded me to the Executive Floor. I was a member of the Accor Plus for 4 to 5 years. I love the locations of the hotels the dining experience is great esp. the Italian Restaurant and Coffee shop. I would like to say thank you to the staff who did upgrade my room as I was not feeling well that date and I really had a relaxing night during my stay.

This is not our first time staying at the Novotel in Hong Kong. We keep coming back because this hotel is well located, modern and clean inside, has a pool, and the staff are always great. On this particular trip we were able to check in early and received a room upgrade to a higher floor which was very much appreciated. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Walk to Wanchai MTR, tram stop, supermarkets, restaurants and more. Also, having a pool in the Hong Kong summer is always a great idea.

Stayed there in July 2019 for business trip. Requesting non smoking floor and quiet place. Breakfast were have plenty to choose from. But I would like Novotel HK also provide some local Hong Kong breakfast, such as milk tea and more steamed breakfast.

Room is small but ok if you don't have huge luggage bag. Not many cafe or restaurants near hotel, mostly shops selling renovations materials. Wanchai MTR is like 10 min walk and along the way you can find more eateries.

Nice view, comfort & clean room. Front Desk & Concierge crews are very polite & helpful but waiting long queue for check-in. The Mobile App online check-in may not suitable for Local resident which is required to fill expiry date, the data is not available to permanent resident. Finally, it requires front desk check-in. Hopefully, Accor Group may update the Mobile app soon.
