« Nice pillows and overall comfort. Couple of details that could have been better - AC and twin room »

I love the opportunity to select from multiple different pillows. The A/C was a little cold the whole time, not automatic, only Hot or Cold to select from.. not the best one. Also a minor detail, I requested for a one big bed, which was said the room has, but there was two single beds instead. Didn't bother me that much that I would have gone to ask for a room change as I was tired, but would have been nice.

In general terms, the facilities, cleanliness and staff were very good. It is worth for the money. Near to the next metro station around 12 min. walking and some coffee shops and restaurants around. Perhaps the concierge personnel could improve their mode since many times they look be always on rush and they did not pay attention properly to my requests.

For us being a weekend resident, we would like to get a convenient place to take a break even in the Hong Kong. The hotel has a convenient location and we can reach all kinds of shops nearby. The room is clean and nice decorated. Besides, we enjoy the late breakfast at the restaurant that delights our experience in the hotel.

The hotel is situated at Wan chai in Hong Kong Island close to the Wan chai Metro Station and the famous Causeway Bay Shopping Area. As far as the facilities of the hotel are concerned, there are a swimming pool, a gym room and the Executive Lounge. The room though relatively small is clean and the bed comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good with enough choices. Overall speaking, the hotel meets my expectation.

Food in the Lounge is poor quality. If I was the Manager, I would be embarrassed to serve the offerings made. Staff excellent. Breakfast was also ordinary compared to Novotel at HKIA. Most “hot” items such as tomatoes like warm or cold. Stay a airport and express train into HK.

« A fantastic shower, great location and very dedicated Concierge »

Overall our stay was enjoyable, particularly due to the nice big rain shower in our room and the hotel’s sauna facilities. One of the girls at the Concierge desk was so helpful and dedicated in getting us a taxi during rush hour, it was much appreciated. The room itself was smaller than expected but this might be in line with Hong Kong standards, which I have nothing to compare to. As a Le Club member I did expect a bit more out of our stay based on experience at other Le Club hotels, but I’m not sure if we received any valuable club privileges and if what we stayed in was one of the rooms prioritised for club members as it seemed pretty standard to me. The location was great - so central and easy to get to the MTR station or walk to Causeway Bay. The Novotel did appear to be the nicest hotel I saw in the area.
