Ching I TripAdvisor review

So far this year I’ve stayed in this Novotel for a total of probably around 40 nights. The thing that attracts me to stay at this hotel inparticularly over and over is firstly the customer service by the whole GR Team. Sanki, Erika, Tiffany and Rachel. Their customer service is the best I’ve seen across all Accor chains I've stayed around the world. Special mention to Kai, who is attentive to my visit whenever I go for breakfast in the morning to ensure my designated table is ready. Keep up the great work and maintaining this level of service consistently over and over! See you soon! P.S also grateful to the GM of the hotel in taking time to review the feedbacks too! Good to see all feedbacks are considered constantly. Thanks Mr Ip

All staff seems businesslike. Room is dated & tired & needs urgent upgrading especially for a hotel of Novotel standard. Location is nearer to Wan Chai rather than Causeway Bay. Air conditioner was noisy.

We have very good experience here. I book 3 rooms with my family, PAUL from concierge give us a warm welcome and escort us to the executive lounge. He take care our luggage immidiately and send it to our roome. Tiffany on the executive lounge also give us very warm welcome then explained all the facility and the service they provide. We check in process was smooth while we enjoy the lounge. The food was good with even not too many choices. She take care of us and make sure we got all the drinks and food at the lounge. She even gave our daughters small dolls, and thats for us, is very thouhtful and heartwarming. It was a good definition of an extramiles on a good service. The room was ok, quite spacious for Hong Kong standard. For the breakfast, there is plenty of choice and it taste good. The pool and gym attendant also very thoughtful. Overall we have a very good stay in this hotel. The service is beyond standard of any 4 or even 5 star hotel.
