Great location. Helpful staff. 24 hour service. Great location for family and friends. Fantastic markets close by. Easy accessibility to buses, light rail and metro system. Courtesy bus to train station then direct train to domestic and international airport.

« Fantastic Hotel, really enjoyed our stay »

Our first visit to this hotel was certainly enjoyable. The hotel is well appointed and the attention from all staff was outstanding. Kero in the Premier Lounge was awesome and went out of his way to ensure all guests were looked after. When we booked this hotel, our intention was for close proximity to the Nong Ping 360 cable car, unfortunately at the time of our visit the cable car was closed for maintenance. Certainly no fault of the hotel. We still made our way to Nong Ping via the local bus and enjoyed it. Just means we will have to revisit Novotel Century again at another time when the cable car is operating. Even though the purpose of our visit changed, we totally enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. We will definitely be back.

Room was incredibly damp smelling and had patches of mould around the walls and roof, the bathroom looked like it needed a good scrub and makeover. I have stayed in multiple novotels and am shocked at the state of this one.

Getting sick on vacation is tough. When I caught a bug, I was miserable and just wanted my own bed. Your hotel was so kind and helpful, though. The staff made sure my husband got our tour cancelled and offered help in finding what I needed. We really appreciate the help.

A solid stay. Clean. Staff were helpful, but weren’t exactly going out of the way to help. Breakfast staff were not great. Very unfriendly woman at the front desk of the breakfast who we saw every morning for 5 mornings and it was as if she didn’t recognise us every time.
