Great staff on concierge. Location is great. I stayed on two separate occasions in one week. 1st room on 3rd floor first day was small, modern and clean. Zero complaints 2nd stay in room 2213 was a nightmare, old, dirty and worse clearly next to the endless whining cables for the elevators. Expect zero sleep .. tried with ear plugs but no joy. Galun, hotel manager couldn’t care less thinking that a free breakfast was all needed to compensate

The Novotel Century is located extremely well for business and pleasure, always a welcoming smile and helpful to any requests. A special thank you to Tiffany and her team on level 23, welcomed with a smile, attentive to our requirements and go out of there way to make us feel very welcome and very nice environment. Reception also very help and a pleasure checking in and out. Concierge efficient and helpful in assisting where we need to go or find a destination.

This hotel is the best value and a well-kept secret in Hong Kong. I have stayed here for the over 15 years. Its superb convenient location makes it so easy to access both HK and Kowloon, as well as the New Territories. The services from the front desk staff, in-house reservation, restaurant staffs and club level lounge is excellent. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained.
