Location is good. Easy connection to airport. Underground and bus stops are easy to reach. Bed is not comfortable. I haven't tried breakfast so no idea. Staff is not bad but could be better.

The stay was OK, room was clean and tidy, however twin beds was a surprise when requested a standard double. The heating could not be adjusted so was hot in the room and found that I had to go to an ironing room to do some ironing, not great in that respect. I stay in a lot of hotels and unfortunately will avoid Novotels where an iron isnt provided in the room. (this is not a great service)
