« Terrible first impressions »

checking in is a mess. I had to wait 40 minutes to be able to check in. Out of four tables eses for checking in guests, at one point there was only one open. I never saw more than two working st the same time. My room didn’t have enough clean towels. No hand cream was given. It was just not a good experience.

so much noise, I could hear everything and there was something or someone making noise in the upstair room and I could hear it non stop. You need to invest in blocking better the noise. also the bathtub had the water leaking

General good. The things I didn't liked where the pillows (the size where like a cushion), the towels where very old and there was no body lotion like in all the hotels.

General staying at Novotel, Monterrey was a good experience but I would like to complain about one thing that i really saw like a very bad practice. It was around 1:30 am and someone knocked the door and I was sleeping because I was very sick with temperature and after the second knock, the person opened my room and came into the room (near the bathroom) and looked if there was anyone an closed the door. I think this is a really bad practice, firs you must call via phone call.....
