« It was overall good- too mich noise could not rest »

Good hut people were working from 8 am until 6 pm hammering and making awful noise- very annoying for taking a nap or just lauing back and teying to relax

My business plans changed unexpectedly and I was forced to return one day earlier than had been anticipated. I expected that I would be permitted to cancel my last night, but the manager said no and charged me for the night anyway. This, plus the fact that my bathroom was dirty when I arrived, have caused me to conclude that I will not return to this property even though I have several future business trips planned to Monterrey.

Hotel is clean but there are several things that are very old. Pillows not good, sheets are clean but with some holes. I never asked to be enrolled in the accord program, no one asked me. I think is a violation of my privacy to enroll me without consulting it with me. I asked the person in reception to take me out, however he doesn’t some to have done it

Difficult to found a place in the parking lot. Air condition does not cold up, even that we set to the minimum range. 3 of the 4 cards (room key) does not work. Iron stained a dress.

It was not very good.. it was not completely bad but it wasn't good... the check in process took forever (and we were super tired), the room looks very old and the breakfast was not worth it the 215 pesos charged.
