« Very good to stay in family, some details but is OK »

I like it to stay with my family, my child really enjoy the pool. Need to improve the culture service in the restaurant staff. I couldn´t use the X-box, because the TV is to old. I like it and I stay more days. deffinetly.

On both days: There were no cups at the time of breakfast. Cutlery was missing at tables. The bread was fine. Pillows are bulky.

« Understaffed and needs room renovation »

The room needs urgent renovation; we had to call maintenance in order for the tub to work. Pillows are Run out; the only thing new are the white covers. Service was really slow; everything we ordered from room service to towels took an hour on average; I believe the hotel is understaffed. We stayed at Novotel a couple of years ago and the experience was completely different. They allow non guests to use the pool but do not enforce basic cleaning and service. As bathrooms were not looked after and ordering something at the pool took at least half an hour

Everything was great, no issues but only a couple of areas of opportunities: Waffles were not available for that day however, one of the waiters sold us the idea of having waffles for breakfast with the buffet so we stayed for that but could not have them. Perhaps a simple technical issue. But communication is key. Second point, the bathtub is a bit too high and we ran the possibility of slipping on a wet floor when doing such a high step to get in or out of the bathtub. We aren´t very tall but but not as short. 5,6 and 5,7 my wife and I. Other than that the service was great!

Found out the wrong way that when I registered they closed the credit card voucher thus negating the possibility of making room charges. This caused bar waiter to go to my room at 1:30 a.m. for a cash payment which had been charged to my room. Also bar closed at 2:00 a.m. on Friday but at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. I was expecting it the other way around.

Nice hotel. Front Desk people are great but the rest of the team (restaurant & bar) have opportunities to improve their service. I’ve been at this hotel for several nights and the service need to be improved, specially the restaurant area. you have to keep rushing the waiters...

« Good for the 90`S »

I think that an upgrade is missing. I mean, it looks like a great hotel for the 90's. For example, the door of the bathroom doesn't close well. There's lack of technology. There is lack of cleaning skills. Had a problem that they filled up the shampoo with water and throw away the soap every day. The breakfast was good, the food restaurant ok. The service was good.
