Everything was going great until we found out there was no sauna, plus, the housekeeping won’t wait before coming in the room even when we answer, she wanted to check the minibar, didn’t care if we were there, even if we had clothes on, no privacy at all. Which for me is primordial. There wasn’t a buffet either, as announced. The rooms are great and people at front desk really helpful and nice to us. Thank you!

Hotel is in a nice area, staff is nice, it is reasonably priced compared with others nearby, but still very expensive for Mexican standards. For this price service and conditions should be better.

« A nightmare at Novotel »

The hotel allowed drunk and noisy guests be yelling outside my door at 3 am in the morning. When I complained. They just said, that these drunk persons were coming back from their Christmas celebration like kinda accepting it was an acceptable situation

The room was cold, no heating. I was offered a stand alone heater. It took some time for it to heat the room. The shower head is in really rough shape. Water barely came out from the shower head and the towels were worn out and hard. The pillows were hard and small

« My exprience was not good »

As soon as I arrived at hotel I have requested to receptionist to give me a room on 07th or 08th floor, but she told that is a uper executive floor. And what am I? My last trip to Mexico I was at same hotel for 2 weeks and they give me a room at 08th floor, I don't understood the diference from previus time and the last one. After receive the key from 05th floor room, during the night I wookup at 05am with noising motor machine outside, this is a hotel machine. I requested to change my room. I was designated to another room smaller then the previous one. I'm very and strongly disapointed!

Rooms are OK. Check out was extremely slow and confusing. You should watch for your personnel presentation - uniforms are worn out. Transportation coordination was excellent - thanks Eric (Novotel Santa Fe).
