« Pretty good hotel with good location compared to the the office. »

The hotel and the quality of the staff is very good. The hotel is very well located close to our office in Santa Fe. This said, I will request to take ou the hotel from the approved hotels for our company. As AB InBev / Gruppo Modelo, we have hundreds of colleagues staying in your hotel every year. Just for myself, I usually stay 10 to 15 nights per year here. And I see that the beers of our group (Corona, Stella, Budweiser, ...) are not availbale in the bar downstair of in the minibar in the rooms. I consider that this is not acceptabloe and the hotel should adjust this.

Convenient location, clean room, comfortable. Breakfast was a little limited but good quality. My only dissatisfaction was on checking out. I wanted to keep my room until 6pm, I agreed to pay for the extra night on arrival. On the day of departure, I received a call at 6.20pm telling me my late checkout was at 6 pm. So I rushed out only to find that you were charging for a full nights rate!

I had the chance to be customer from Accord Hotels since 2013, I was in ibis, adagio, Novotel, Fairmont Chateau Frontenac, Sofitel Montréal, and the service was spectacular. So, I expected the same from my own country, but the room was very basic, very old to be honest, pillows unacceptable, and service very simple.

Room was in excellent condition with a wonderful view. Very quiet. Great design. Only concern was during check out process, they only had two people at the desk when there was a line of 10+ people waiting for service.

« Average stay with minimum customer service »

I have stayed at Novotel Santa Fe for 3-4 times. I had significant problems with the check in process as the hotel does not accept USD and my card was not working. I made a USD deposit at the time of check-in. Despite that I was locked out of my room the next day and was told to get the money in MXN which I did. Overall I believe that the hotel should have more cooperative front office persons and also should allow USD payments.
