The employees were nice and friendly, excelent service and the room was perfectly clean, I liked that the room had an iron because mi clothes were wrinkled so I use it and it was very helpful.

I don't know how the other room are but room 718 needs to have the rug cleaned as it as multiple dirt stains which my husband and I showed to the Housekeeper supervisor and she said she would report it. As a suggestion, the rooms should have the Gourmet Bar menu, 718 only had the cafeteria menu....I noticed the Gourmet one by accident, while sitting in that section the evening before our departure. Overall, I am pleased with the service.

The location is great, staff is nice and helpful, however, I stayed for almost two weeks and the cleaning was not as expected, I noticed several days that the bed was the only thing that was made on a daily basis, there was hairs on the floor and shower, stains on the the sink, and the same bed sheets from the night before.

The sink had a broken faucet and didn't drain well. The closet door did not fully close leaving the inner light on, I had to use my luggage to keep it fully close. The mini-bar did has limited options.

« Nice rooms, friendly staff. »

The hotel is located in Santa Fe where all the big hotels are. It has an easy access and a friendly staff always ready to help with taxis. The rooms are nice but our was cold when we arrived. We booked an executive room so we were put on the 6th floor and were supposed to have robes and slippers, we did not. It took 2 calls and a long wait to get them. The shower, albeit very beautiful never got hot.The breakfast offerings were varied but not very international. The best was the omelet cook!I was very impressed to find lactose free milk! The waiter remembered the 2nd day what I wanted!Excellent service:)
