When I arrive to the hotel the lobby was smelling badly with cigarette smoke the door at the end was open and all the fumes were coming to the lobby I asked to close it and they said just a moment I just close them and then I went back almost to close the door because he was smelling a lot that’s the cigarettes that people were smoking behind that was how I arrive to the hotel and I didn’t like it

Staff was very cooperative. I needed ice twice a day for my entire stay. They gladly provided it each day. The room was cold and they provided a space heater to keep it warm.

Room had open containers with left over food from previous guest both inside minibar and on tv table. There was an open “gerber” baby food with a spoon in it on the night stand. Items were promptly removed by staff after calling front desk. The next morning we encountered a rude receptionist “Martha” that refused to call a taxi/cab for us and also refused to provide us with the phone number of a local cab company saying she had no information available at the hotel. I had to search online for a cab company myself, and the receptionist charged us to make the phone call. Initially she said the phone call charge would be $30 pesos and then she changed the price to $7 pesos (very unusual)
