« Not as I expected... »

I had the chance to be customer from Accord Hotels since 2013, I was in ibis, adagio, Novotel, Fairmont Chateau Frontenac, Sofitel Montréal, and the service was spectacular. So, I expected the same from my own country, but the room was very basic, very old to be honest, pillows unacceptable, and service very simple.

Room was in excellent condition with a wonderful view. Very quiet. Great design. Only concern was during check out process, they only had two people at the desk when there was a line of 10+ people waiting for service.

« Average stay with minimum customer service »

I have stayed at Novotel Santa Fe for 3-4 times. I had significant problems with the check in process as the hotel does not accept USD and my card was not working. I made a USD deposit at the time of check-in. Despite that I was locked out of my room the next day and was told to get the money in MXN which I did. Overall I believe that the hotel should have more cooperative front office persons and also should allow USD payments.

Everything very good except on 8th floor ( i was room 803) even in night and early morning there are knocking noises (i think from roof water pipes) and also high pitch noise would happen for 20mins then stop

« Only acceptable Accor Hotel in México so far . »

Finally a good Accor Place in Mexico. Don’t bother using their overpriced and ridiculous Ibis Hotels in Mexico. Tried them, gosh they were so bad. This one was perfect. I just stayed one day but the rooms were ok, not as spacious as their American Counterparts but still very good for a French Hotelgroup. I got my Platinum Benefits, an upgrade to an executive room and some cocktails. Okay. They were fast and courteous. At 65 Euros a good value, far better than 170 for the Hilton in front were they already kill their best clientele . Not bad at the right price although the cleaning staff was cleaning till 6 pm and talking loudly in the hallways which should not be the case. Accor should really give their Platinum Guests free breakfast....well Generosity apparently is not in a French dictionary....
