The overall experience was good. The check in/out process was very good as well. Some of your staff is not aware of the surrounding events that happened during the week-end. I asked and received a negative feed back, later another staff member was well informed. The food of the buffet was OK, you could improve the morning breakfast. The room was clean and the house lady was very polite.

This is a very basic hotel. It's the second time I stay there, the first time I paid for the buffet breakfast and I was sorely disappointed, but you're surrounded by good restaurants, so it's not a big deal. No gym, no pool, basic services, perfect if all you're looking for is a place to sleep comfortably.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Very few to virtually no amenities. No fridge or microwave in room. Terrible restaurante. Bad tv reception. No gym. No iron in room.

I’ve stayed in several different hotels in Monterrey for less and loved it , but this one in particular was ridiculously expensive for a small restroom , small bed, very little furniture, no mini fridge & no travel size shampoos and conditioners. The room me and my husband got at the beginning didn’t have a working AC with is understandable, we eventually got a room with a working AC later at night. Yet this hotel didn’t satisfied us.
