Good location if you want to be near the Eiffel Tower, Seine, shopping mall, and cafes although not a pretty area or particularly lively area. The hotel staff were okay not bad customer service but not particularly great. They weren’t rude but weren’t very friendly except Margot on the tour desk who was very friendly and smiley. We were in a standard room. The room was dated (think 1970s US Motel style), very plain and basic. Rooms are in need of modernisation although they were clean. Rooms were too hot, AC/fan is in need of updating. Towels were not soft or fluffy. No small hand towels provided. No body lotion. Shower gel seemed to be low quality. Shower head was powerful but very old fashioned. Exactly the right amount of towels, no extras provided. Overall, very little effort has been put into the rooms. Poor value for money. Breakfast was of low quality. And staff pretty miserable. Again, very little effort being put into breakfast.

There was very little hot water until my favorite concierge in the world, Mikah took care and assigned an engineer to take care of the problem. The air conditioning was not working but the engineer showed us how to work the system. They had a lovely Water Bar. You could fill up your water bottle every day before you left. What a great idea. We were there 2 nights. Lovely bar and the staff was absolutely wonderful!

Warm and friendly team across the hotel. Answered all questions asked. Fixed a problem i had with my room within a short period of me reporting an issue. Food was lovely and tasty. Hotel is in an ideal location to Paris city across the water. Displays In the hotel are phenominal and made taking memorable pictures exciting and fun for me and my colleagues. The venue facilities were and are outstanding as we went for our conference which was made special by all event coordinators and participant staff.

dirty room several issues with power and poor lift service

Very low standards for a 4 star hotel

On my first day of stay, towels were missing in the bathroom. There was no curtain on the windows and there was a very strange smell in the bathroom as if somebody used it a very short time ago. There was a stain on bedsheet. These problems were fixed in the second day after I put "please clean" sign on my door ;however, this should not be working like this. I was expecting my room clean and ready to use. There was no minibar in the room. The cleaning service was discarding the signs on the door and entering the room while I was in the room multiple times.
