« Overall OK - All went smoothly except for extra bed and pool »

Although an extra bed had been previously requested, it had not yet been taken to the room at the time of our arrival at 6pm, which was one hour after we were scheduled to arrive and six hours after check in could technically have taken place. Employees hastily brought the bed in, looked flustered, knocked yet opened the door without being given a go ahead to come in. Had employees in the room while my wife was in the shower. Not ideal. Pool was also being renovated and not available for use. Breakfast was very good and room was clean. All staff was helpful and service was good otherwise.

Experience was good. There was no one to help with my bags. Sao Paulo is not a safe place where you can leave your car open while your car yout bags one by one by yourself.

Good location, room has a good size and all the accessories were working well, only problem was some noise in the morning due to some construction close to the hotel.

The whole stay was excellent. Not a complaint to be made. The staff were friendly and couldn't have done more to make our stay more enjoyable/comfortable. The pool, however, was not the most inviting space. It looked more like an old bath and the view was skewed by dirty grey windows so that was a bit disappointing but it didn't make us think any less of the hotel.
