« A good experience overall. »

My only complaint is that there was nobody at the desk to check in a we had to wait more than 10 minutes for anybody to show up. By the time the employee showed up Thera a line of 4 people. The desk person doubles as an attendant to the bar and that maybe why we had that problem. Everything else was fine.

The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and spotlessly clean, the navette from the airport was waiting when I arrived, and punctual going back to the airport in the morning. Couldn't ask for anything more! Didn't have breakfast because I left at 7am.

Good if you don't want to see Geneva but want to catch a plane- Comfortable, friendly and very convenient shuttle bus to the airport. Relatively remote from anywhere else, though.

The bus drivers of Shuttle bus were not really helpful. The hair dryer in the toilet is broken and no water boiler in the the room.

I came in late. Discovered that it is difficult to get to the hotel (from the train station) and back from the hotel to the Airport (not possible to walk).I Asked for a taxi very early morning (no shuttle) - I was told it will be on time. When I arrived the front desk told me that my taxi "is here" - I went out there was no taxi. I had to wait another 15'.
