If you are looking for an easy access place with a parking lot to make a one night stop close to Liege, this is the right spot.Simple but clean room with the typical Ibis style bathroom.Rooms are not very well noise insulated, so, if you are a light sleeper, it might not be the right choice.The only negative point is the smell in the rooms hall. It smells like it was used by hard smokers! Some ventilation might be helpful!

Our hotel has been a non-smoking establishment for over a year now and odour-neutralising products are placed in all of our rooms. It is regretful that you had not made us aware of your concern during your visit as we would have had this immediately addressed. I stayed three nights for a business purpose. The hotel was extremely noisy due to some special guests, who're supposed to stay in the hotel around 2 months. Although I was not affected by the noise during the night thanks to my 1st floor stay, every morning I woke up with the noise of the guests.

My worst Ibis experience ever - bad smell in the corridors - unclean room - insufficient illumination - no electricity contact next to the bed - soap dispenser almost hanging out of the wall in the shower

Ibis Liège Seraing is situated off a typical Belgian main road, and as result close to all sorts of warehouses and shops for those who are interested in them. But it also feels strange because there is no city life at all there. But it's quiet. The hotel itself is good: typical IBIS rooms with good beds and functional bathrooms, very clean. Very good AC was appreciated during the heatwave.Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Staff are friendly. One minus though: the soundproofing could be better: you hear a lot of noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. I was lucky with silent neighbours.

Always go back to this hotel because of its position (to execute cycling training sessions with multiple climbs). Comfortable beds, breakfast buffet and late check-out possibility are key to me.

I have stayed several times in this hotel because of the position of the hotel, breakfast buffet and the comfortable beds. This time I was staying in room 104 and I was very unfortunate because the 2nd night there was a lot of noise, even till 4 a.m. in the morning,:-(

« Smokers in the room next to us caused my colleague to have an asthma attack and we had to move rooms. »

The front desk staff was as helpful as possible, but the fact that they know that people at the hotel regularly break this rule is disappointing. If people are caught by the staff doing this or their room smells like smoke after they leave then they need to be appropriately fined. The staff kindly gave us a couple of cokes for free, but the offer of a discounted room, considering we stayed for 3 nights would have been a more appropriate remedy for the inconvenience of moving rooms and the negative impact on my colleague's health.
