« Not well maintained Hotel »

Bed was clean, but room and Hotel in general not well maintained. The breakfast was ok for such class. As walls are thin quite noisy in the morning due to noisy guests. Though close to the airport room was calm.

« reasonable price for a relatively spartan hotel »

Good bus connection fron CDG if you know it... close to convention centre with shuttle bus to convention centre at peak times. Bus connection to local shopping centre for more restaurant variants but last bus is a bit early. Rooms well noise insulated... but need to be as the landing path is straight over the hotel. Pretty clean but getting a bit old.. shower rose needed a bit of descaling

« Worst hotel experience ever »

The hotel is worse than a hostel. The layout of the rooms is bad: 1. The bathroom doesn't need glass door especially one with a hole that too in a family room! 2. There is no shelf space at all 3. The bunk bed is so badly placed that we hit our head multiple times - at least cushion the bottom and edges of the bunk bed! 4. None of the electric sockets were working in the room. As if all of this was not enough, the staff was very rude. The reality of your business is that you will have to deal with Indians, whether you like it or not. Its better to provide the same customer experience to an Indian as you do to others. No point being so racist!

One thin bath towel per person is unacceptable. The towel was so thin, I could not dry myself after a shower. Clerk was helpful and free shuttle bus appreciated.

Hotel provides free shuttle service till rather late night. It also provides online check in and check out which save us from the trouble of doing that at the front desk. Though front desk staff were still helpful and polite. Rooms are what it is shown in the pictures. Clean at the least. Will come back next time if I want a short stay at a budget hotel near the airport

It was a great stay, I had a little issue with my booking but the assistant manager(Idris) was superb in handling the situation. I wasn’t very excited about the breakfast selection though!

« You get what you pay for »

Long wait for check-in, only one receptionist. Were assigned room 339 next to the elevator. Lot of noise from outside the room. Wool blanket on top bunk had a lot stains. Towels thin, small and worn out. Air vents, both in the room as well as the bathroom, have not been cleaned for months. Dust sits so thick that air almost not flowing any longer. But the room rate we paid was cheap, and the windows noise reduction is impressive. Planes flying over almost every five minutes, but no airplane noise to be heard in the room.

I got a really good rate and things could not have been any easier. When I got to the shuttle area at the airport, the bus was just pulling in. Earlier in the day I had an email with my room number and door code so I could head straight to my room.

1) The process of locating the shuttle to the hotel from the airport is cumbersome, time consuming and not user friendly for foreign visitors. 2) There's no information at the front desk regarding proper use of the public transportation system. The clerks at the front desk are not knowledgeable and unable to provide meaningful help. 3) The rooms are miniature-size forcing the guests to pile up their belongings in order to make the best use of the available space. This is particularly annoying at the lavatory. The beds are narrow and uncomfortable. The location of the lights directly above the head rest makes it easy to bump the switches when you turn in your bed while sleeping causing the lights to go on. There goes your rest. 4) ALL the TV channels except the business channel of MSNBC are in French. If you don't speak the language or are not a Wall Street buff that enjoys watching the stock market fluctuations, you might as well forget about watching TV. 5) Water leaks from the shower door onto the floor creating a slip and fall hazard. 6) The area around the hotel appears to be an abandoned industrial park refurbished into a hotel area. Nothing of interest to see around it. If you are not driving a car, you are trapped in a barren, ugly looking area. Only one place to eat that we tried and ended up being a mediocre, overpriced establishment. 7) There is nobody at the front desk to walk you through the charges when you check out. After reviewing our credit card statement upon return to the USA, we found out that we have been over billed way in excess of the quoted price. There's probably nothing we can do about that given the distance and complexity of the system in France.
