Check-in took 20 minutes and it didn't seem like the staff was moving along very quickly. The hotel's exterior wasn't appealing as soon as you walked in you could tell it wasn't the cleanest. Elevators are very old and the rooms are dirty, have an odor and not very comfortable. I cannot recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Ok. The hotel is old and not up to the usual Ibis standards. The rooms have that hostel feel. It is also in need of an overhaul. It’s tired. But the employees were very nice and efficient. There should be a way for those who’ve checked in online to avoid waiting at the desk. Also the bus should clearly state Terminal and not just T. And it should clearly read charles de Gaulle instead of Roissie which is so damn confusing

Check-in was fast and pleasant. We liked using a code rather than a card key or other key. The room was exactly what we needed: a place to sleep with a bathroom.

Mattress a bit too hard but at least you don' t miss your flight in the morning. Don' t appreciate the parking situation. Not easy to navigate and have to pay - I think.

I stay here every time I'm in transit on flights with early check in. It's basic and clean. This time I was disappointed with the bed (room 534). Old thin sheets/pillow cases and very thin old mattress - so old you feel you're sleeping directly on the wooden base. Rock hard. Standards are slipping.

We were somewhat disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We found that the hotel had aged considerably since our last stay and was showing signs of wear and tear. The bed felt used and was not equally firm in all places (it slumped towards the middle). The most disappointing, however, was that there was no hot water in the morning so it was not possible to take a shower before going to catch our flight at the airport, which was really unsettling before a 12-hour flight. The staff were kind, however, and the room was clean. The airport shuttle is also very convenient.

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and found this time that it had aged considerably. The bed was a bit lumpy and the bathroom door was very worn. The worst thing, however, was that there was no hot water in the morning so it was not possible to take a shower before heading to the airport (we were not in any rush and hot water was not restored from our first try at 7:30am until we finally left at 11am). Otherwise, it is a regular Ibis Budget: no frills, but clean and adequate value for money for an airport hotel. And the airport shuttle is very convenient.

We just walked into the room and we were shocked We had a centipede living in the room and we had to kill him In addition, our whole room was full of hair, I do not know if they changed bedding, but we were sure we would be very upset and would not recommend getting there any more

Staff was rude and unprofessional. The only receptionist that did a good job (directly with us and through emails) was a guy called Cedric. He was friendly, professional, smiling, available for any enquiries and he always answered my emails in a polite way and with no mistakes. Other receptionists I interacted with through email at this hotel can t even write French properly. And that s a problem and a very bad image of the place when in your own country you cannot write without making mistakes every 2 words. I am French (though I write in English here) and it is awful to be reading an email with mistakes. I work in the tourism industry myself, as a tour guide and my husband as a hotel manager, and we have never met such receptionists, unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. Very old hotel with more than old rooms, broken furniture, water coming out of the shower through the door, no internet connection anywhere the entire time. I have been to many ibis budget hotels all over Europe and I had a nice stay. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, I 'll never go back to that place. It does not meet the standards of the accor hotel chain of hotels.

Having a bunk bed at the head end of a double bed is not a good idea if a guest gets up in the middle of the night and forgets! I hit my head twice, and could have broken my nose! Still painful a week later!

Not up to the usual IBIS standard. I have stayed at IBIS hotels all over Europe and this was the worst. Room very small and the Bed like a rock so didn't sleep, shower brilliant but hand basin in bedroom not in the with the wc or in shower room...

Whoever thought it was a good idea to put a bunk bed over the head end of a double bed shouldn’t be in the design business. Concussion at the start of an idyllic holiday in Vietnam was not what I was expecting from my stay at the Ibis Budget...the room was very budget, but the price certainly wasn’t.
