On the first day, we had no towels so I assumed that it was not included in the price then I bought it. But in the next days, we have got the towels.

I have stayed many times at the Ibis Alicante.It is very near Alicante airport and ideal for early morning flight.The rooms are always clean,as is the bedding .There is a great shower and air conditioning.The price is very competitive.

Easy to book online. Would have liked specific information on public buses. Paid £13 for a taxi. My budget room was spotless. : comfortable bed, great shower. I couldn't find the English Channel on the TV so had to walk back to reception in the other building. My inquiry was met with a shrug of the shoulders. There should have been clear instructions in the room. After my evening meal - great food-I enquired again , How do I find the English Channel? ' The reply was a gesture with a pointed finger and , in rapid succession, ' Change change change) I have no complaints about any aspect of the hotel except the unhelpful staff on reception, with one exception. I had hours and hours to kill in the hotel - on my own - having missed my morning flight. I needed to know if there was an English Channel, fit it have a designated channel , and how could I access it? Would have been better to have provided that information in my bedroom. My second suggestion refers to the provision of a three to two plug adapted. I did not have one as I had been staying in a friend's home. I needed to charge my phone ; at least I could play games on it or read the news to pass the hours ., not having found the English TV Channel due to unhelpful staff. I didn't find the male member of staff helpful. I wasn't allowed to take it to my room ( surely I could have signed something or left a deposit). I was forced to hang around the dining area for half an hour while it charged. I would add that I am eighty-one and was having a traveller's nightmare after missing my plane. The information on buses was good and check out was fine.

Didn’t had a pleasant stay , I could rate this would be my worst experience with any hotel ! I understand it’s a budget hotel .. but cleaning was not up to the mark , room was stinking( had to sneeze whole night due to dust ) no ventilation in toilet , room had cob webs and. Dust in corners .... due to all these reasons had no choice to cut down my stay to just one night only ..!!

Room was clean, comfortable and warm. Just spoiled by people being noisy in the corridors and a shower dripping (not ours). Didn't get much sleep but didn't cost a lot either.

I had a problem with my visa card, I called by phone to book. But it was impossible.. As you are obliging us to deal with intermediate websites as booking.

Absolutely fine. Booking in was good, room was basic but that is all I was expecting. Service in the Bar/Cafe was good. Breakfast a little disappointing but went with the overall price. Value for money was better than I was expecting.

Very helpful and friendly staff, uncomplicated early check in also for the Ibis Budget in the normal (adjacent) Ibis hotel, free luggage room, free and good parking (fenced) directly in front of the doors, luggage trolleys available. Nice modern bar (Ibis) open at 4:00 a.m., so it was possible to get a coffee and croissant before driving to the airport early in the morning. Small room but very clean with very good beds, calm (back side) room, free and good Wifi. Perfect stay near the airport. Good little restaurants about 5 km to the South. You have to know: The next beach is also about 4 km to drive, although the sea is directly in front of the hotel. Unfortunately there is the railway in between...

I would like to thank the housekeeping department, thanks to which my bed and towels were fresh every day. I would also like to thank the lady which works in the morning serving breakfast in the Budget building. Even though we couldn't fully understand each other, with a bit of help of translator she patiently and with smile explained me the bus lines from the hotel. Unfortunately, the reception staff didn't know how to help me with the bus back to the airport. I had no cash with me, and there is no cash machine nearby. Their advice was to go back to town. I decided to go to Kings College which is 400m away where the lady explained me that I can pay contactless inside the bus. But I thank them for their smile and patience :).

The room alloted to me was horrible. The room was for disabled people. Al the ni8 while sleeping i was smelling bad from bathroom. The Ac was auto ... not know how it was working o was working reversily. The shower in room was broken . Disstrousss experience.

Nice friendly staff in reception, cafeteria and housekeepong. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Nice and clean showers and toilets. Very close to airport bus stops and only two stops away. Would definitely stsy here again.
