« Ok but lack of towels a problem. »

Arrival fine, room as per normal. Power socket near basin blew a fuse, it was not marked as only for shavers. Breakfast fine. Would like access to boiling water to make own cup of tea. Big problem was lack of towels. We were flying out and could not bring own towels, €3 a bit much for small towel of a sticky material.

« I don't think it was worth the money »

I stayed for 3 nights after completing the Camino de Santiago 800 km walk in Spain. I found the accommodations sub-par for the cost, getting a shower and bathroom down the hall and a room that looks like a jail cell (had a sink). Bare walls, no closet or dresser. Breakfasts (extra cost) consisted of two types of boring cereal, buns and croissants. Orange juice and coffee. No toaster, no bread, nothing else. Good part: close to airport with frequent free shuttle.

« One of the worst hotels ever. »

I was staying with a friend and we had one of the best belly laughs at how bad this hotel is. So ... that’s the plus side. But for the price I would definitely never stay again. Why you have to make the rooms look like prison cells is beyond me. A better, warmer colour on the walls, a warmer dressing of the bed and perhaps a colourful print; for that small, simple investment you could make a real difference in the feel of the place. But I suspect you’ve already considered this and decided it’s not worth it. Fair enough. But you’ve lost my ongoing patronage and I suspect i’m not alone.

Booking - no internet - by phone. Told that the rooms had in room toilet and shower. Confusion with booking. Issue with booking number. Staff patient while sorting out the problems. (Booked for one night - arrived a day early and booked an extra night. Probable language issue - Booking number moved forward so that there was no booking for the next day. Eventually sorted.) - Questionaire does not cover situation Problems. The showers and toilets were not in the rooms. Most were out of service. Of the toilets that did work, Water was leaking out onto the seat. Towels were extra and had to be paid for. Good. Rooms clean, dry, and secure. Without being obvious Staff kept an eye on who was in the foyer.

« clean, compact, at a good price »

Our visit was short between flights - its a good place for short acommodation. The disadvantage was the lack of towels, but the hotel provides the opportunity to purchase them at a good price. Breakfast was cheap, but after ordering it later, we had to explain in the morning that it was paid the previous day. Service was friendly.

My room was pretty decent, however the bathrooms weren’t clean at all and smelled funny. The front desk wasn’t helpful and when I asked about a refund for my third night, plus the breakfast for that third day (I had to leave Paris a day early due to a family emergency) nobody would tell me anything or even try to help me at all. And there wasn’t much to choose from for breakfast.

The price is high for the service offered. Rooms are very small, I don't know how 3 people manage to move around it. Toilets are very uncomfortable and seems not clean.

I don't know who's the genius who thought it would be a good idea to charge 3 EUR to *buy* a towel in a hotel located next to the airport, on the pretense of saving the environment (nevermind it's a synthetic towel), but I think there is a place in hell for that person. I'd also suggest to make the location of the soap dispensers more obvious in the showers (I checked the shower 3 times looking for soap; I had to ask an employee to show me where it was to find it). I stayed at this hotel to save me some time before an early flight; but I spent about 30 minutes looking for the soap and a towel — because I had to make multiple trips, there was a line at the reception each time, and the elevator was being extremely slow. I won't stay there again.

My booking was cancelled without information. I managed to have a room finally but the price applied was not the one I was supposed to have. No other choice as it was late but for no toilets/shower in the room, definitely not worth it

« Bathrooms are terrible, everything else good! »

It was cheap, rooms were great only for sleeping, WiFi was a little slow and choppy, bathrooms are for the whole floor and were akin to Porta potties (so that was gross) but overall for the price I can’t complain much.

It was good experience to stay one day in your hotel. It's just good for one or Max two days stay else this is not comfortable option for long stay. Specially Toilets & Bathroom are so non-convenient . Even these people are not providing *free water I don't understand they are charging 50 euros for one night and even you have to pay money for water.

« Nice hotel, needs a few more improvements »

Everything went well as expected. I booked my room on the website for a really decent price. I even received help from the persons working there and the shuttle stop was in front of the hotel. The only negative points I encountered during my stay were : a shower was leaking, another power outlet would have been appreciated (next to the bed), and the table in the room was a little bit small. Overall good experience, will definitely book my room once again there if needed.
