« Helpful staff but hotel less satisfactory than in a prior stay or in other F 1 locations. »

Of 3 toilets on my 4th floor, 1 had no light, 1 door did not close properly and was not clean so only 1 worked. Also no soap in 1 or more. Showers no longer have soap dispensers. No plastic cup in room. Bedding on floor outside toilets/showers. However staff were great, price was right, place was quiet even with window open all night because it was so hot.

Online you state you have air conditioning. You do not. We stayed on an extremely muggy and hot night with two dogs. It was incredibly stressful as we had to have the window open but were worried the dogs may jump out. Then at night the rubbish trucks came and it sounded like they were in the room with us (4am). Then when every plane went overhead it was the same. We had a terrible nights sleep because of the heat and the amplified noise from having the window open. We specifically picked this hotel because of the air conditioning. The front desk seemed unconcerned that we were lied to.

No clear warning when reserving that room does not have private bathroom, room floor sticky and room smelly. Have to buy the towel, community shower has no soap, what kind of refugee hotel is that?

Nice room. Plenty of space for myself. Water closet and shower were clean and convinently located right near my room. There was not much noise from outside due to the double windows setting. In the other hand I could hear people walking and talking by my room. Maybe add extra padding on the bottom of the door to mask the noise

We just needed a place to stay for a night before our flight out. It was a little less than what we expected. We were disappointed that the comforter on our bed had something crusted (maybe dried blood) on it, so we swapped it for the comforter that was on the top smaller bed. That comforter had stains on it, which made the cleanliness factor decrease. We tried not to use the bathrooms, they were worse than an airplane bathroom. Paid for the breakfast, which was very minimal in options. The only plus was that the front desk staff was pleasant. However, I think next time we’ll spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

i booked several months in advance and paid 36 euros. we were 3, so the price per person is really interesting. the hotel is ok, the staff was nice, and there are frequent free shuttles to and from the airport. good experience.

« Simple, clean. Good value for money. »

Pleasantly surprised. Clean room, quiet. Simple but good breakfast. Good value for money. Will return again for one-night stays before catching a plane. Only minus: not sure that selling towel is a good idea, especially for hotels close to airports. Guests have limited weight for luggage (they don't travel by car) and adding to heavy luggage is not convenient. Better to add 1 euro to the price of the room and provide reusable towels for free.
