I was surprised how I was upgraded rooms with my own small bathroom. The facilities were very clean and pleasant and easy access to the airport. I loved the vendor kiosk for food.

I was told that this was the least expensive hotel you could find in the vicinity of CDG, so my expectations were managed from the start. At 60 Euros for a room with a full bathroom, a towel (3 Euros) and breakfast (4.5 Euros) one cannot complain. The only problem is hearing the traffic in the hall, especially the comings and goings from the common bathrooms used by those who pay even LESS. Look, for 8 hours of my time, this is exactly what I needed. Very nice staff at the front desk, helpful, calm and patient.

The room had no A/c and once the windows were closed you couldn't breath. Had to open the window and then it was so loud I couldn't sleep.

I tried to cancel my reservation because I thought I payed in advance and apparently I didn’t. I don’t understand why I couldn’t cancel it. The man at the desk couldn’t communicate with me well enough on the issue.

It was fine. The water temperature in the shower was not constant. It went from too hot to too cold very quickly. Other than that and the air conditioning not existing/working it was fine.

The water wasn't working my first day there. There is no air conditioning even though their website says so. The windows are poorly designed so that you have to open both of them and the exterior one does not stay open. The room was terribly hot.

The place was clean. Thanks. However, I though the front desk staff was not as caring. Also, I was not aware that I had no towel and had to buy one. The lady did give me one complimentary, but only after taking 5 minutes to check my phone and show me where it said I had to pay for a towel. This was not stated when I booked. Or I did not see it. I also had no toilet paper, but was given one when I asked for it. I don't think that this hotel should be a part of the Accor brand at all.

Rooms are clean but paying for a towel is shocking when paying 95€ a night and thirdly sleeping in a room that has no ventilation due to being on first floor and not able to keep window open, also the smell of paint as working being done around Hotel also to be woken up at 7:30am every morning with crew drilling is not a good impression. I have booked your hotel again due to price and availability around CDG airport hopefully my next stay will be better. Regards, Sean T.

My flight was delayed from Bangkok which meant not arriving around 6.30 but closer to 8pm. I had considered I would not make it to the hotel by the time staff go home at 9pm by their free airport shuttle, so I took a taxi for 20 euros (about AU$32) for the 5km journey. I arrived at 8.30 and discovered later that staff were indeed there on a weeknight much later than 9pm, the time indicated in the booking confirmation details. I wasn't expecting a 4 star hotel and I knew it was the least expensive hotel in the area, but the Cabrio room was so small and I felt the photo and description were not the actual reality, almost to the point of false advertising. I know this can happen with a lot of guest accommodation, but it seemed even more exaggerated. Perhaps there are other rooms that were larger. It was a bit of a box, with just a walkway around the bed. There were no toiletries and I get that F1 do not provide that. I had brought my own, fortunately. The great disturbance, however, was the noise in the place. The description was soundproof rooms, but there were various people (mostly Australian) creating havoc. I would hear two young males and a young female with them being very loud and abusive down the corridor that night and the next morning. I could also hear two Australian females outside the hotel in the vicinity of the parking lot around 5.30am. I am Australian although I was travelling on an Irish passport. I thought I'd left that type of badly behaved people back in Sydney! They travel with their bad behaviour, unfortunately. Their behaviour is NOT the hotel's fault and I did make a point of telling the trio off the next morning, but if fell on deaf ears. It is the fault of the hotel though when it advertises sound proof rooms. It is noisy. I had terrible jetlag and still do, and woke at 4am feeling distressed by the abusive Australians a few hours before, which prevented me from getting back to sleep. Sleep I desperately needed. Breakfast was terrible. I went next door to another hotel to see if I could eat some cereal and drink decent coffee there, but no, not for 15 euros! Can I suggest cornflakes and muesli? And another type of milk, such as soy or almond? I usually give really good reviews but this was was so disappointing.
