Very poor ibis

I had an accessible room (I have a guide dog) but there’s no way a wheelchair would get by the end of the bed to get into the bathroom. Bed was very creaky and uncomfortable mattress. No tea/coffee making facilities in your room. The rooms and corridors felt more like a detention centre. Thanks goodness we were only there for one night.

Cancelled my reschedule twice… they could’ve just moved someone else into that room even though it was prepped for us and then let me reschedule like they wouldn’t be losing money that way either Reason for booking was to go see an event that was recently cancelled at the 02 Academy ☹️ they seem reasonably priced

Having attended a wedding I just needed somewhere to sleep before returning home. Overall hotel facilities in this case not important. Room was clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was fine. Exactly what was needed.
